My fiancé and I like to go to Hardee’s some weekends to eat breakfast. We often visit this location as it is the closest to our house. We decided to dine-in so we could enjoy our food fresh. The cashier stood at the counter blankly waiting for us to order. Her name was Kierra. I was not able to locate the breakfast platter on the menu, so I tried to ask what was on the platter and she said they have several. I said okay, I want one of those, what are the options? She quickly spouted a list of food items and I was unclear if they were options or if it came with everything. Confused I said I wanted sausage, she replied what else. I tried to say I wanted everything that comes with the platter and she kept asking what else. I didn’t understand what she meant. When, I realized what she meant finally, she laughed at me, in a mocking way. I tried to order a drink and she said what drink. I felt flustered from the confusing exchange and having been laughed at. So, I asked for a Diet Coke and she lost her patience and hardened her tone when repeating herself. I tried to explain that I felt confused by what she was communicating. She rudely explained she was asking what size. I felt ridiculed and I asked to work with a different cashier. She stood back and shouted over to another worker and pointed at me and loudly talked about how confused I was and that I insisted to have someone else ring me up. When the new cashier came over, I could still hear the previous cashier talking about me loudly and pointing. It felt like just because I was confused, that she was making a spectacle of me. So, I then asked the new cashier for a manager, she replied she was new and she didn’t know who the manager was. I insisted that there must be someone I could speak to, so she asked Kierra (the one being unkind) who the manager was. Kierra shouted so the lobby could hear that I had a complaint and talked loudly about how I couldn’t understand her questions about the platter or drink size. A shift lead named Shawnie came over and spoke with me. She was very kind, but the damage was done already. I have never felt so publicly belittled by an employee. I never got mad or stooped to the cashier’s level, I simply didn’t understand what the cashier was asking of me. Employees should never ridicule a customer, no matter how many time they have to repeat themselves or explain something. I am appalled at the whole experience.

My fiancé and I came to this location and ordered inside. The lady who took our order was dismissive and rude and laughed at us when we were asking questions about the menu.

While we were waiting for our food, the person who took our order was talking about us to the other employees and was laughing and pointing at us in front of everyone.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable and completely unnecessary. We will never come back to this location again and will tell everyone we know in person and on social media about how bad this place is.

Disappointed every time I go to this location. Can’t get my order right no matter what it is. Today I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger combo plain. They gave me a plain cheeseburger combo, no big deal. Except it wasn’t plain LOL it had ketchup smeared all over the bun but scraped off where they knew they made a mistake. Instead of fixing any mistakes made they went ahead and threw it in the bag. I’m 8 months pregnant, I’m not going to drive all of the way back. I literally HATE this location. Not that it makes a difference in the slightest but I won’t be returning ever.

Me and my boyfriend have went to 3 different Hardee's to try the new maple bacon frisco burger and non of them toasted the burgers we had to go back in and ask for them to toast it one on Clinton hwy said there toaster was broken that they weren't supposed to sale them and gave us a full refund back and the one on Broadway made another one this time toasted they weren't as good as we thought they'd be but they were okay.

Horrible experience!! There was no one behind us in line. There was a large amount of employees in there. The girl that took my order was clearly distracted I had to repeat my order multiple times & it was still wrong. I order 1 biscuits & gravy she took it upon herself to do 2 for 5 which I didn't want or ask for. I ordered my daughter an egg & cheese sandwich. The receipt clearly says NO HAM yet the sandwich had ham. We had to go bck thru the line where cars had started to come thru. When I was sitting at the window the girl who took the order was dancing around like she was in a club. The manager comes over & I tell him what happened & try to show him the receipt. He dismissed what I was saying & said she probably heard me say 2 biscuits & gravy. He said it was a communication problem between us. I said to be clear I was very direct with my order. He hands me 1.25 which he said was the difference with the 2-5.00 items. Shouldn't he have given me 2.50? Since the items were 2 for 5.00? This place has horrible service!!

I waited in line for 20 minutes they took all the cars in front of me and when I got to the microphone their going to say that they are closing and not taking no more orders I feel as if that was highly unprofessional I’ve been a loyal Hardee’s customer I enjoy coming to this restaurant but after today they will not have my business again!

It’s been a mess here lately. Every time I come here something is messed up or it takes 30 minutes to get 3 cars through the drive through.

Today I ordered a chicken BLT sandwich and got a plain chicken sandwich. No Bacon. No Lettuce. No Tomato. Seriously how hard is it??
