This place really just needs to close down. The service and food is terrible. its always some dumb ordeal anytime I go there. This time, I ordered a chicken biscuit and what they gave me was a burnt biscuit with two overcooked regular chicken tenders on it. lazy employees and crappy work ethics. This was after I had to turn around once because they forgot a part of my order. I hate that the whole town of Powell is stuck with such a garbage Hardees.

Fries tasted of old oil, weren't even hot, and someone believed a chicken BLT only included pickles and chicken. I like Hardee's but this is beyond disappointing. Won't be spending money here for a while.

Absolute great service! Absolute worst food quality. Ordered a spicy chicken breast filet biscuit. I received what looked like a boneless chicken wing that didn’t cover half the bun. And on top of that, the straw given for my large tea wasn’t near long enough.
