This Hardee's is singlehandedly the absolute worst Hardee's I've ever been to. I've came 2 times in 2 weeks and got the same result. Food is wrong, every bit of it, I ordered the original bag with 2 del cheeseburgers plain, large curly fry and Mello yellow, I got 2 double cheeseburgers with everything, regular fries and a coke. Do the employees just nit listen or do the just not care? Plus the food is cold as ice always.

Let me start this off by saying 1.) I’m an adult male with a stutter. 2.) most of the employees here are very nice. But one employee in particular has earned my animosity, and with it this review. On the morning 3/12/25, at 4:00AM I pulled into the drive thru. And older male comes through the intercom “good morning, would you like to try out super bacon biscuit?” As I am trying to respond (I’m sputtering on the “no thank you”) he cuts me off mid-sentence and barks “sorry we’re closed, come back in a few minutes” and cuts off the mic.
I had to be at work at 4:15. I didn’t have time to wait for him to pass the mic off to whatever other employee he was waiting on. So I get to starve all morning at work because dude wasn’t patient enough to let me say “no thanks” and “chicken biscuit please.”

This Clinton Hwy Hardee's across from Powell Wal-Mart is great. The employees are friendly and it's a clean place. The food is always fresh and tasty. The biscuits are so fresh you have to wait on them to come out of the oven. It's not a long wait but well worth it

They offer mobile ordering, but they don’t quite know how it works yet. They gave my food away to the car ahead of me. Waited another 10 minutes for them to remake my order and somehow my burger was cold when I received it. Fries had no detectable salt.

The food was alright but I'm upset at the fact they can't put your whole order in your bag when you spend over 40 dollars on breakfast. Than have to go back to get the rest of your stuff. I could under stand if the place was busy but I was the only car around.

I have had two run ins with the shift leader at this Hardees , The first time I asked for grape jelly and it was only two grape jellies in the bag and I questioned it and he said, sir you got two biscuits and gravy and two jellies and that’s all you need!!! The second time was back when it was 24° and I got a cold biscuit when I went to open it and I came back in to get it replaced and he said sir when you go out the door , it’s 20 degrees , Well it’s not 20° in the restaurant and it was 34° outside He’s a jerk., I’ve been told he’s been fired before and they brought him back probably because they can’t get nobody else to work. I ran into a man at another Hardee’s recently, and he said he had a run in with the same guy. Poor Customer Service
Previously I said this resturant had messed up my order everyday for 6 months after doing that there was new staff now they have more new people and they are back to messing up my order for the past week everyday my order has been wrong

I dont usually leave poor reviews but ive had enough. Ive been giving this place a few chances, but not anymore! Everytime I came here, I got nothing but negativity from the drive thru and it took forever to get my food. I was 1 of 2 people in the drive thru during this whole visit and it took 12min waiting on my food. This place ruined the Hardee's franchise for me. I used to love eating here.
