All my fiancee and I wanted was fresh breakfast. We were given hard biscuits, the eggs were hard in some places and others were slimmy, tator tots was very hard and dry,and the apple pies wasn't hot and crust was gooey, food was probably sitting there for a good 3 hours. Paid $14. Worst experience I've had at this location and at Hardee's ever.

Came in last second and had a large order right in the middle of rush hour breakfast and MJ and his staff were friendly about getting the order and made it happen very quickly. Thank you to the entire staff

This place really just needs to close down. The service and food is terrible. its always some dumb ordeal anytime I go there. This time, I ordered a chicken biscuit and what they gave me was a burnt biscuit with two overcooked regular chicken tenders on it. lazy employees and crappy work ethics. This was after I had to turn around once because they forgot a part of my order. I hate that the whole town of Powell is stuck with such a garbage Hardees.

Absolute great service! Absolute worst food quality. Ordered a spicy chicken breast filet biscuit. I received what looked like a boneless chicken wing that didn’t cover half the bun. And on top of that, the straw given for my large tea wasn’t near long enough.
