Went through the drive through today at 3 pm. The place was like a ghost town. No one at the window. No sign saying they were closed. No people to be seen. We did see one person run around the corner inside when they saw us sitting at the window. We never did get to order. Three other vehicles drive off as well.

The service was terrible taking almost an hour for 3 burgers. One of them was even missing and ingredient that was specified. The server that gave us our food was not polite and didn’t look like he knew what world he was in. Do not recommend, so far the worst experience ever

Best breakfast, I love that it is extended til noon now! The only issue is that sometimes we are missing an item so we have to go back through to correct it but it's the best breakfast food around the area.

During my visit this morning for breakfast service was EXTREMELY SLOW WITH THE LITTLE OLD LADY AT THE DRIVE THRU TAKING MONEY. Then a younger young man handed me my food and was so confused got my order wrong. I asked him if he could get me my coffee and he says we are out and it was 11am. He seemed so confused and eyes red. It was like maybe it was his first day. Please put him somewhere else where he doesn’t have to wait on customers. He’s extremely rude

Breakfast is pretty solid here. For whatever reason their fountain Coke tastes better than most other places. Burgers... Meh. And I know it can be hit and miss but at least on this trip service was really really good super friendly fast and accurate about all I could ask

Zero stars on this one. I assume you guys are trying to shut the store down at 7437 maynardville, pike in Knoxville. I say this because you guys have the rudest GM named Ashlet. There was a problem with the computers so she said she couldn't help me. I told her I ordered through the app and can show her the order and it was paid. The kitchen was fully functional. I good GM would have just had the order made. So in mid conversation she says to call corporate and shuts the drive through window. Good luck with her. On a bright side, your competitors will get more business.

Just went through drive thru and they forgot both of my hash rows ( 1 in breakfast platter and side order on Frisco breakfast sandwich the sandwich was cold, I've called the store 7 times and no one answers......this store sucks I always have issues with my drive thru orders, guess I'll be driving further to fountain city store in order to get Hardees.....horrible service and experience....and with all this I still had to wait until they brought my order out!!!!!....???????
