Terrible.... Ordered sausage gravy biscuit and sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Opened the biscuit and the half hanging off cheese was hardened onto the wrapper. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Return to the counter and ask for another. Get it. Biscuit is old and hard, egg old and dead, sausage barely cooked. I then look at my gravy and biscuit. Same old hard biscuit and the gravy had zero sausage. I'm not sure what to think about Hardee's anywhere anymore. The 2 locations in Loudon County are now closed. This is the next closest and it should be. They had a couple dozen biscuits already packaged laying in the window. Including the first sausage egg and cheese I got. I think no one cares about the whole chain. I'm going to avoid them going forward.

I cannot imagine a situation where the service could be any worse. I was in the drive-through the lady taking my order was distracted. I had to repeat it several times she interrupted me while trying to give the order.. then apparently she got frustrated and said something to the effect of yeah that’s what I said.. at which point I chose to take my business elsewhere

I typically go through drive thru on my way to work. I love stopping at this Hardee's because they get you through quickly. I pass two other Hardee's on my way to work.
Bathroom was smelly. Door rugs were dirty. Rug in front of drink station was sticky. But the cashier was very friendly

. We came in for early dinner and always food in fresh and hot but All I can say is bravo to the manager in the black shirt for dealing with an extremely rude customer. The customer was cussing the entire staff over a sandwich. She complained the entire time she was there. They all handled the situation appropriately in my opinion. As to the staff I’m sorry you had to deal with such a person.

I questioned the manager about a large sandwich being the same size as a small and ended up having the sandwich snatched out of my hand and told that she was going to beat my ass! And this is not mention that it was the nastiest place that I had ever been to and that includes raw feces being in the women’s restroom on the walls and on the floor.

This restaurant seems to punish you for ordering its food. Every time I have gone in the last year, it has been the same experience. I blame myself, obviously for going back, hoping that there was some sort of difference in the food however, I am greeted with some ridiculous rude human That portrays exactly the kind of food I’m about to receive. It truly is like you are being handed a service from some trailer Queen/King of section 8. This place needs to be shut down and turned into a parking lot for mellow mushroom. You suck.
