The General Manager Kristie has the worst attitude every time she's working and I go there. She had an attitude this morning because the menu hadn't switched over, and I work nights, so I hadn't paid attention. I went inside to ask her why she always had an attitude, and she acted like she was too busy or couldn't hear me. I was refused service this morning because I said damn and that was cussing to her. This Hardees was convenient for me, but no more. 0/10 do not recommend. There's a reason all these Hardees have gone out of business...

The service at this location was very quick and efficient. Ricky was very thorough at the drive thru window and explained all of the pricing before giving the final total. He made light conversation at the drive thru window and made my experience great. The food was served hot and tasted great.
Food was great, dining room and floors not so good. Men's room gross, dirty and floors sticky, hand sink filthy ?

On Aug 5th 2024 my family and I stopped here to grab something to eat on our way to Oklahoma. We were waiting at the drive thru along with other people trying to order at the drive thru. There seriously needs to be better signage at the drive thru there was none what so ever only at the window. The worst and will definitely never recommend Hardee's and definitely will not support Carl's in Oklahoma after this. Despicable wish there was a 0 star 🌟 button.
