Staff was inattentive and sidetracked was asked multiple times to repeat order while placing the order and aside from that the food was ok not Normal Hardee's standard or what I usually eat from said location (Hardee's) there usually good but this vist not so much

Clean restaurant and food is ok for what it is but the service was terrible. I don't think I have ever felt like such an inconvenience to employees who weren't really all that busy.

Customer service was horrible! Rude and not very helpful. We stopped to dine in after traveling from Florida. I wish we would have kept driving. I ordered a water, and they gave me a bottled water, I said I just wanted it from the fountain machine, she very rudely said do you want your money back and acted as though as I was putting her out. I asked for ketchup for my family of 5 and was given a few packets. Double cheeseburgers were burnt and dry(definitely had been sitting a while). I do not recommend eating here.

We have not been here for a couple of months. The placer is filthy dirty. Entrance is coved in filth, doorway hasn’t been sweep in a while, counter for drinks covered in water, drinks, paper. Just concerning for a restaurant. Floor disgusting. Last time here until it is cleaned up..

The worst service ever, just picked up food at 9:30, the fries were old and cold, i just asked her how old are the feies, she said 5 mins, i requested her to make me fresh one, she got so mad, after giving me fries, she asked me like twice, do u need anything else so rudely and shut the window so hard on my face, like i am paying money for the food, i cant even expect fresh food, it was for 2 year old, like y this behavior for, will nevwr return on this location, come on man after long day of work, picking up food foe family, this behavior makes the day worst, i hope the management looks on this, and ask their employees like if they dont to do their job then y work, just sit at home, sorry but worst service, worst employed, worst food

Went in and ordered 2 mustard, and 2 spicy chicken wraps. Took quite a long time for the food to be brought out, even with only one other person inside of the restaurant. When the food came out, it was the wrong order and was mixed up with the other parties order. Once that was cleared up, we brought the food out to our car to eat it, only to find that our "wraps" were both prepared like a taco and there was a singular, disappointing piece of chicken in each of them. Would have probably gone back in to get it fixed, but didn't have enough time due to an appointment. For my first time going to a Hardee's in a very long time, our experience was less than adequate.
