This place is great! My favorite thing was their small park. You can walk around and get some food from the food trucks. Theboba teas were amazing. Me and my friends got 3 different things. All of us enjoyed and loved what we ordered. I got a Thai Milk Tea. I absolutely loved it!

Getting Boba there all the time and it's always delicious but a while ago their worker was trying to scam me for a scratch her car (which I didn't) Be careful parking there 😅

Hey Bear is a surprising little gem in West Knoxville! They mainly serve boba tea, but also have various snacks and some alcoholic beverages available too. Inside is a welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space and spots to bring your work/homework and a little play area for kids! Outside, there are many seating options, food trucks, pavilions, and a playground! I went this past weekend for a Kpop Meetup event and was surprised with everything this cafe had to offer and I can't wait to go back!

I used to adore this place and previously rated it 5 stars, but the steep price increase (about $1.50 for each drink) is definitely a deterrent for me. On top of that, the baristas act upset when you don’t tip. I’m sorry, but if the drinks weren’t so expensive I would tip. When everyone increases their prices, customers are forced to change spending habits.
