Hibachi Factory

Ordered delivery. Very quick, which was great until I began eating. Clumpy, undercooked, cold fried rice & overcooked/rock-hard stale veggie egg rolls with bottom of the warming-pan, probably day-old beef/chicken with fat chunks and slivers of chicken bones. If that all sounds good to you, have at it. I think I learned my lesson.

I would recommend to eat here at dinner time. The day shift manager doesn't admit to any wrong doings. We ordered a large & got a regular size. We've never had a problem at night going there though. The food is good.

I ordered for delivery and this was the worst. I asked for extra teriyaki thinking it would be a little but they drenched my order in teriyaki and it’s inedable. They also added mushrooms to my dish when I didn’t select mushrooms because I’m allergic.

The egg roll was old and tasted moldy. For almost $4 for one roll thats not acceptable.

There were bone pcs in my chicken. The steak was so small it wasn’t even there.

I’ve been going to the Downtown West location for years and it’s usually been good. I don’t know if I’m going on the wrong days or what, but for the past few months it’s been tasting like garbage. I don’t know what they doing different on Sundays, but please get back to using flavor. Even the rice is sus!

Ordered a wrap and it had weird looking, old lettuce in it. The egg roll was ice cold like it came out of the fridge. The hibachi sirloin was tough and parts couldn't even be swallowed. This place used to be good years ago..I think it's time to shut it down.

The older man at the counter is seriously rude. He has no personality and ridiculous customer service.

not real hibachi food. no flavor. paid $20 for a small plate of shrimp and rice. the guy that was cooking went outside and didnt wash his hands when he went back to cooking?and btw the delivery guy smokes in his car with your food in it.

Trash place. Not real hibachi. Not real house made shrimp sauce, it comes in a packet. Extreme prices if you order it online, I should have called it in, got charged 4 extra dollars for ordering it online. Huge scam and just not good food. Skip this place. Where is even the rice??

Got food poisoning from here 4 days ago. Im jist now recovering. Puked up blood. Chicken wasnt fully cooked and the brown rice was hard and stale left out for hours clearly.. food shouldnt be left out in the open for hours like they do

The dude that took my order was a rude person. I have lived in this area for 6 years. The guy working tonight is the closest thing to trash I have ever experienced. So rude so lazy. And dirty. The guy smelled like body Oder… x6. They completely messed up my $80 order. Then told me enjoy my nasty food. I threw it away. And made a sandwich. This guy shouldn’t be allowed to take the trash out. Much less answer the phone. The older man that usually works has respect and honor. This guy is trash
