WORST PLACE EVER , couldn’t take my card with tap or even use my card cause there reader “couldn’t” read it . Was no help , very rude , I will not be back !! I’ll make sure everyone knows how bad this place is !

I hate to leave a bad review because the workers are friendly. The food was really bad. We ordered several different things for delivery and none of it was good. The driver was 30 minutes late because they were short staffed. That was ok as we were not in a hurry, but the meat had a lot of gristle and fat. The egg rolls were inedible. They tasted like they were a week old. Disappointed as this used to be my favorite eatery 10 yrs ago. Doubt I'll be back.

The worst Hibachi I’ve ever had. Rice was hard and food was overall salty. Wouldn’t recommend!!!!

Ordered delivery. Very quick, which was great until I began eating. Clumpy, undercooked, cold fried rice & overcooked/rock-hard stale veggie egg rolls with bottom of the warming-pan, probably day-old beef/chicken with fat chunks and slivers of chicken bones. If that all sounds good to you, have at it. I think I learned my lesson.

Really good food, and I always get full.

I would recommend to eat here at dinner time. The day shift manager doesn't admit to any wrong doings. We ordered a large & got a regular size. We've never had a problem at night going there though. The food is good.

I ordered for delivery and this was the worst. I asked for extra teriyaki thinking it would be a little but they drenched my order in teriyaki and it’s inedable. They also added mushrooms to my dish when I didn’t select mushrooms because I’m allergic.

The egg roll was old and tasted moldy. For almost $4 for one roll thats not acceptable.

There were bone pcs in my chicken. The steak was so small it wasn’t even there.

I’ve been going to the Downtown West location for years and it’s usually been good. I don’t know if I’m going on the wrong days or what, but for the past few months it’s been tasting like garbage. I don’t know what they doing different on Sundays, but please get back to using flavor. Even the rice is sus!

Ordered a wrap and it had weird looking, old lettuce in it. The egg roll was ice cold like it came out of the fridge. The hibachi sirloin was tough and parts couldn't even be swallowed. This place used to be good years ago..I think it's time to shut it down.

The older man at the counter is seriously rude. He has no personality and ridiculous customer service.

not real hibachi food. no flavor. paid $20 for a small plate of shrimp and rice. the guy that was cooking went outside and didnt wash his hands when he went back to cooking?and btw the delivery guy smokes in his car with your food in it.
