I’ve been to Jacks probably about 3 times and every time I get the Cardamom Latte. The environment is incredible with friendly workers. The thing that truly makes this place different though is the gluten free availability and the flea market style. Definitely recommend to anyone.
The staff were super friendly! I came by for my first visit and helped walk me through the menu. The store smelt really good and the décor was gorgeous! Not only that, but the coffee was great! Will come back again :)) definitely recommend the sweater weather hot latte!

The latte is the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I don’t remember the name of the muffin with pumpkin in it. One of the workers, who was very kind, mentioned it was hot, but it was actually cold and tasted just okay. Not recommended personally.

We have been going to jacks since we moved to Knoxville 4 years ago. It used to be consistently great. For about the past 6 months it has been ran into the ground. The espresso consistently is burnt, the flavor you get is different every time even if it’s the same drink. Our last experience here we got 6-9 mosquito bites inside the store?? On top of that it’s always INCREDIBLY slow. Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks and there were only 2 other customers in the store. Frothy monkey has better coffee and there are about 4 other coffee shops in the area that are also better. Yes it’s a cute store, but don’t waste your time here.

My favorite downtown coffee shop.
A warm, modern coffeeshop feel with a ton of seating and a beautiful shaded outdoor area in the back. Surrounded by trees with a wooden patio and plenty of seating.

Wonderful shop. Best matcha we've ever had, phenomenal service, and unique atmosphere. We loved the plants, refill items, and local products on display for purchase. Amazing place.

Plants, good coffee, and chill urban vibes. Great spot to setup and write, create, work ( recommend the seat by the window for the complete experience). And kudos for the mural work inside and seasonal window art.

I want to love this place. The coffee is delicious, the people are lovely and the vibes are chill. But I’ve been here twice since I moved to Knoxville and both times it’s been so evident that they are understaffed and the service and ticket time has suffered because of it. It takes 20-25 min to get a coffee (I order a flat white with oat milk to go) and both times after waiting 20 min it had to be remade because it wasn’t made with oat milk (just regular dairy milk). If they were properly staffed and could follow the drink orders they take, this place would be 6/5 stars.
