Jackie and FeliCa were both extremely happy to have me back as a guest. Lauren is also very excited about working with customers and all the staff. I am in about twice a month or so to purchase ham and smoked turkey and rum cakes . The lunches are always fresh and delicious and the sides are always fresh with flavor and texture no leftovers just great fresh quality. Thanks again Howard Wilmouth

Multiple items were forgotten in our order. I called to get these corrected and I was hung up on mid call. Once the corrected order was picked up, it was still wrong. The food was also cold on both separate orders.

Ordered 10lb ham when son picked up for me he returned with a 6 :/12 pound.ham. The person answering phone suggested for 20 people 10 lb. Very disappointed. Did not have time to return to store.

Cute little shop. Amazing service. The food was terrific. A ton of food for the money. Yes it's going to feel a little pricey but once you taste the ham and see the portion size it will all make sense..
Not a ton of seating inside, but if you're looking for a ham sandwich you'll be hard pressed to find a better one. And if you're getting ham to take home and cook, you'll never want to eat any other ham again.

Management of a location can make all the difference! Walking into this HBH on a busy Friday before Easter, all the employees were upbeat and engaging with the guests. When it was my turn, I was greeted with a sincere smile and assisted to ensure all my needs for the holiday were met. They had plenty of sliced ham for those not needing to feed a crowd and to go items for anyone needing lunch. The east side will now be my go to location! Thank you team for the great service!!!!
