So, this is a two fold review. Ordered from a lovely young man but a snarky young girl made my drink: It was awful, cold coffee with vanilla and lavender. She put water in my coffee, not sure why, saw her do it, thought for a moment it was their added ingredient. She quickly made it and even the young man ask her if she did it correctly. Just sad because she was snarky, maybe I interrupted her screen time. Interactions and relationships mean more to me than to her. Sadly, I will not return. Maybe it’s not important for one person to say they will not come back. One snarky girl equates one bad tasting drink.

Honeybee Coffee Co. is such a cute coffee shop! Great coffee and great atmosphere. The perfect spot for reading or catching up with friends. I also love seeing all the artwork in the shop! The staff members are friendly and helpful with the menu. My go-to is their cortado and iced vanilla latte. I highly recommend Honeybee Coffee Co.!

Heidi was amazing! Went the day after Christmas and everyone was still so lovely and welcoming! The coffee Heidi made was delicious and she was patient and gracious with my customizations!

Honeybee is a very chill and inviting coffee shop in every way but the coffee. I have been so disappointed every time I have a coffee here. I have tried several different drinks 5 times since moving to Knoxville, and each one ranged from subpar to gross. They're often watery? It's just not what I hope to receive when I order a coffee. Otherwise, Honeybee is a great place to do schoolwork if you enjoy working in a coffeeshop environment. The food gets a second star because the baked goods they offer are pretty good!
