Very sterile esthetic with a side of very nice art. The cappuccino and iced mocha were delicious, as were the chorizo burritos. The iced mocha was very well balanced in its coffee-cream ratio the mocha flavor was a bit lacking but not enough to mind it. The cappuccino did a good job of highlighting the coffee without completely omitting the oakmilk foam, and as always, the little design on top was well done and made the presentation delightful.

So, we love Honeybee. We love their coffee, food, atmosphere, and service. With that said, they have absolutely violated our trust and have stolen from us. Several months ago they offered a promo of buy $100 get $100. I called three times to verify it was legit. We were assured it was. Since then, we haven’t been able to use it. The reason stated was it was legal matter. What??? We can’t get anyone to call us back. We’ve tried numerous times. Nothing. All we want is our money back.
It’s unfortunate because Honeybee’s integrity is nonexistent, and especially the owner and management. I guess my attorney might have to be the next option. So sad, just honor the promo or give us our $100 back.

I've been coming here for years and they have reopened under their original management and this place is again as great as it always was. I come here to relax in a chill, welcoming atmosphere and enjoy their own original locally roasted coffee flavors. Sorry Starbucks, but I have left you for the Honeybee coffee experience!

Feeling taken advantage of. Honeybee ran a sale where you could buy a $200 gift card for only $100. A day or two after the sale ended, they announced they were closing for about a month. Sounds like they’re having financial and staffing issues. I’m left $100 poorer and wondering if they’ll reopen. I didn’t even get a chance to use my gift card.

I drove over 30 minutes to this location to find out that it is temporarily closed. However, on the website, it states that it is currently open. Would not ever consider coming to this institution again. If someone is too lazy to update the website, they’re probably too lazy to make a decent cup of coffee. do you?

This is so unfortunate, but I guess the original owner recently sold the company to some guy who is an absolute terror. He has berated employees, not paid them !, and completely cut ties with all of the wonderful local businesses that honeybee used to support/collaborate with. This has been one of the biggest L’s I’ve ever seen in a local establishment, especially a space that had incredible opportunities for community and expansion. Please do not support this place.

I've been a customer of honeybee since they were called Spero and we're located next to Goodwill in Farragut. It's really sad to see the new management behaving in such a strange and unhinged way. I received a bunch of emails from honeybee in the past week advertising a $200 gift card for only $100. As well as hiring 25 new staff members and doing away with the tip system. They also closed down abruptly right after announcing the gift card sale. It just seems like an odd change considering the old staff was great. I've heard a bunch of rumors regarding the behavior of the new owner, and it's not good. I won't go into details because they are just rumors, but it's coming from multiple sources. Here's screenshot of the weird emails they sent out.
