This might be my new favorite coffee shop! The atmosphere was great, with ample seating for a rather small building and several comfy chair options. The barista was so nice and helpful when I asked about alternative milks. I loved that they offered BOTH sweetened and unsweetened almond milk. Honeybee Coffee is a local gem with serious coffee chops. Their cortado is one of the best I’ve had—perfectly balanced, smooth, and never too hot, which shows they know what they’re doing. It’s my go-to order and consistently excellent. The shop has a relaxed, creative atmosphere and the staff are always warm and welcoming.
