Just found a Great coffee Roaster in Knoxville. Plenty of seating with a wrap around bar. The outside looks like an old garage so you can pass it right by and be unaware of it. I tried a Cortata and a Chai tea, both were Great. Also got a egg and bean wrap which they make here. It was fresh and delicious. Parking is tough but worth being patient to find an opening. I was especially impressed by the roastery room available for customers to view as beans are roasted in house! Unfortunately, when I arrived there were none roasting, but I’d love to come by again to watch the process. There was also an outdoor patio that I plan on checking out next time I visit.
