What in the world has happened to this place??? In the last 30 days they have blown up my email and texts with offers and promotional info. Seems desperate and suspicious. Highly obnoxious and uncustomary for what used to feel like a “local” business. Whatever is going on is ruining what used to be a great coffee shop. It has been my favorite coffee since they opened and I hope they don’t close due to poor management.

I suggest potential clients read about the ownership of this company before they decide if they will give them money. In case links always get deleted, I won't do that again. Look up "Honeybee labor issues" on the Knoxville subreddit and decide if you want go here.
The stuff I’m reading online about the new owner is wild, so sad that it happened to such a once awesome coffee shop. Sad day! :(
I LOVE honey bee coffee. I love supporting local. I love the vibe and i often bring my 4 yr old to hang and read a book or play in the back room. Seriously, it's the best coffee around!!!
Kid-friendliness: Space in the back.... couches and kindness.

I think this place closed down, everything’s locked and there’s nobody there to run it
The workers did a great job explaining the different coffee options. I tried "the boat" for something different. I enjoyed the brown sugar flavor with oat milk.

It's been sad to see the decline of what was a once really nice spot here in Knoxville. Very questionable marketing tactics (spam texting a $100 for a $200 gift card deal screams "we're about to go out of business") and a noticeable lowering of standards and quality of products have all come on relatively quickly within the last couple of months. I used to stop in pretty often but with so many other great choices in town, it's an easy choice to just go somewhere else. The last time I stopped by they were closed because they couldn't get any employees to work anyway... not a good sign. Can they right the ship?

We moved to the Sevierville area a couple years ago. Found our first (and favorite) Honeybee store in downtown Sevierville. Immediately & until this day, love the laid back atmosphere, the really sweet employees, and all Honeybee’s products! While the comfortable seating in all Honeybees really makes the business stand out, the competent courteous and really engaging employees make Honeybee rise to the “cream of the crop” against all others. THANKS FOR BEING FANTASTIC HONEYBEE!
Vegetarian options: All stores offer dairy-free muffins, cookies, & small cakes. Also vegan oatmeal & crème sandwich, & small vegan burritos.

Unless you want to support an owner that refers to himself as “daddy” to female employees and asks them if they want him to flex for them, i would take my business elsewhere.

Enjoyed Thursday night Trivia many times coupled with an iced decaf latte - a perfectly enjoyable evening in a great place.
