Ordered this for valentines , big hot chicken lovers! First time trying this restaurant, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SOOOO DELICIOUS!!!! I can make bomb hot chicken but mannnn for a restaurant it was the best!!!! Will definitely be our spot now! Chicken had sooo much flavor! Mac n cheese was soooo freaking good!! Prices are great especially for the amount of food you get!!

Hot Birds is probably one of the best places to get hot chicken in Knoxville! I got the hot chicken sandwich, which was good! biggest critique would be is it is made of two chicken tenders instead of a flattened cutlet, but flavor was great. I ordered the Very Spicy level and it had a good heat, especially being mellowed out by the coleslaw and bread. The fries though... TOP NOTCH! some of the best fries I've had in all of knoxville so far. Definitely worth giving Hot Birds in Marble City Market a shot!

Had the potential to be decent but was underwhelming. Mainly because my $10 sandwich was one chicken finger on a bun. Spicy was not spicy at all, which I could rectify by ordering extra spicy if I was planning on returning. The ingredients were quality, decent bun and chicken was cooked well but $10 for a single chicken finger on a bun is bananas.

Amazing food, truly exceptional service. We got to sample the sauces and then enjoy a meal. The service went way way way above and beyond. They even custom made fried pickles. We had the tenders in habanero and mild. The fries were fried perfectly on the outside and still great steak potato on the inside. The banana bread and pudding was next level with seasoned biscoff cookies and chunks of banana layered throughout.

Ordered the 1/2 bone in wings they were greasy as heck and over priced. Added the fries for $2.50 and was a really small portion soda machine was outta ice and dr pepper people were waiting for ice and to fix soda machine. Workers were in regular street clothes and place looked like a total mess 30min after opening like it wasn't cleaned from night before. They place the cheese canisters straight on burner so cheese has burnt smell and taste to it. I wont be returning. Over priced and dirtyy

Highly anticipated eating here for months to only be let down with the food and service time. The macaroni has to be boxed because it lacked seasoning and actual cheese . The grilled chicken and hot chicken were both underwhelming compared to expectations. Not a bad place to eat but it just wasn't any better than other comparable chicken restaurants.
