The staff was friendly but very understaffed. The food was not good at all. I would not recommend coming here for anything other than a milkshake.

I got some food from the food court, and I set one of the table in the hallway outside of this restaurant. And someone maybe the manager saying “if you are not eating in my restaurant, don’t sit here”. There was no one else sitting there, it won’t hurt your business if I’m sitting here.

THEY HATE BABIES. Visited this location on a Saturday before Christmas & they had zero business. Watched them run off a woman holding her baby cause she was sitting @ a table outside restaurant. Told her this seating is for customers only. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I was skeptical of going here for lunch because of the previous reviews. However, we were waited on within a timely manner, given good service, and the food tasted good. I would recommend this restaurant when visiting the mall if you would like a sit down place to eat.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Service was awful. Waited over 20 minutes for our food before we finally walked out after hearing what appeared to be a manager use very inappropriate language to one of the servers. Will not be back, nor will we recommend to anyone.

Jah was helpful and friendly. I arrived and there was no one taking care of the to go only orders. Everyone was standing in the back near the kitchen either cooking or staring at me as I waited. He saw me and came forward to help. I could see he was busy with many other tables customers. I appreciate his initiative and kindness.

This place has tanked since the summer. First time we were here had a slight miss communication but the server fixed it right away. The server we had this last time never checked on us, stayed talking to the cook the entire time tiok forever to "tell us to sit anywhere" the food was like a block of ice and sat in the window for a good 15 min before we got it. Here the kicker there were 4 tables of guest. My family will not be back.

We were SO excited for Hwy 55 to open in Knoxville...and now it is closed. :( We ate there once and had great service and TASTY food! The prices are great, IMO and the whole atmosphere is just so fun and 'yesteryear' in a very campy way. Really hoping that we will have a new location SOON for Hwy 55 to return!
