Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.

Got seated and Mariana gave us our menu and went to seat everyone else . Took everyone else’s order and put them in the system. Then came over to us to take our order. When the food came out mine was cold and the bacon had hard grease coving it. The sausage was cold and ham was cool. The fruit was hard and all melon and hard. The eggs were cold.
My husband had an omelette and it was nice and hot and the pancakes were hot with one piece of butter on top. The coffee was left over and cold. Worst meal and serve I have ever had.
Told Mariana about my food and she said sorry and walked away to the Manager and they laughed about it and the Manager would not talk to me about any of it she walk out of the restaurant when I came to pay for food I could not eat.
My husband took the bacon, ham and sausage home and my dog would not even eat it..
Very disappointed in management and waiters. Speaking in a differed language thinking I would not understand what they were saying. Laughing about the whole thing . Did not give the 55 year old discount either. Worst serves and food ever!!

Late breakfast at IHOP this afternoon, in Stevenson Ranch, CA, taking advantage one of the four $7 menu items. It was my gal's idea, actually; I wasn't thrilled, as I have had a few off experiences with IHOP food, but she needed to eat asap (after a medical procedure), so off we went.
Admittedly, the Stevenson Ranch location is clean, quiet, well-groomed; that's about it.
My order of scrambled eggs w/cheese, bacon, hash browns was nearly inedible. The bacon tasted rancid and over-cooked; the eggs had big chunks of uncooked cheese, most unappetizing; the hash browns were tasteless. I left most of the food on the plate; I should have sent it back.
My gal had the pancakes, eggs, bacon--- with hash browns that appeared accidentally. She said it was just ok, but she was hungry.
The decaf coffee, for $3.99, was passable only, and maybe not even.
Even though we got the $7 "specials," the bill, plus tip, was still $28, which for the awful food, is no longer a "bargain."
I advised our waitress, when asked how our meals were, that they were less than satisfactory; she smiled and took my credit card.
All-in-all, quite frankly, we will never return to IHOP.

My fiancé went to the IHOP on Warden road this evening. It wasn’t busy and he was ignored. He just happened to be wearing a sheriffs deputy shirt. He sat quietly for 30 minutes and wasn’t spoken to or waited on. We used to love IHOP but apparently that location has decided to join those who look down on our law enforcement. I hope that’s not the case. We won’t be back.

Best hamburger and fries I've had in years. The man behind the grill yesterday morning must have a lot of experience because everything was cooked perfectly. Our server was a young man and he was very patient with a 9 year old who kept changing her order. Excellent service. We will definitely be back!

We ate breakfast here. Service was prompt and friendly. The food was hot. The coffee was good. The sausage was a little overdone. The layout is a bit cramped. We would return, it was pretty good.

I just order door dash from here. It's the worst Ihop I've ever tasted. I ordered a crepe it had non of the advertised toppings. It's disgusting. The bacon is rubber. My crispy hash browns are barely cooked. There are dozens of other breakfast options in the area, and I deeply regret not choosing one of them. Do yourself a favor. Don't order from here. With so many options in the area I wonder how they are still in business.
