I had the worse experience of my life! Visited IHOP LOCATION WHERE I WAITED FOR 30 min to get my kids food the waiter then informed me that my New York pancakes where being redone because I asked for no strawberries since I am allergic which I was ok with but after my kids and another 30 min the waiter comes with my pankcakes and as he is setting them down I see it stained of strawberry glaze when I see the the middle is full of strawberry glaze!!!!! After the waiter knowing I was allergic 1) they just flipped the pancake that was previously made 3 min ago or 2) someone intentionally added strawberry glaze in the middle trying to hide it!!!! Because the new York cheesecake pancakes when ordered do not even come with strawberry glaze center

We go every year for Christmas breakfast and this year the food was awful and sooooo small. I ordered an omelette and it couldn’t have been no more than 1 egg. The service was great. The food was awful and sooooo small over priced!!
Gravy was cold and had a film on top hash browns were also cold they gave was very thick will skip this IHOP in the future

Just disgusting. Staff looks like i was on jail. Everything looks so dirty! I left smelling like burned oil. I Ihop is not the same anymore!

One our grandson kids meal was raw the cheeseburger and some people are rude
The free meal for kids was supposed to be free all day according to the commercial but wasn't honor my husband and I will not be back at all

I order food waitress didn't put order in we were waiting for a out 20 then she realized she didn't put order in after we get out food I asked for some toast waited another 10 - 14 min I got up and she was on her cell phone and said she thought I got it but she was my waitress she blamed the cooks for the food which was not there fault it was hers I will never go back to that place again and the waitress was a skinny lady with dimples piercing she needs to learn customer service and be more friendly as well.. horrible experience

So displeased with this location! We had to wait an hour and a half and ended up receiving burned food. Not only did we receive burnt food, but the napkins with the utensils had hair in them 🤢 when my plate was brought to the table, it had a hair stuck to the bottom as well. We ended up leaving without even eating 1/4 of our food and still had to pay $45!!!! What a disappointment. I would never suggest eating at this location.

I can't believe how Bad it was today, they messed up a lot
my sister ordered the Double BLT when it came out was a Single the waitress caught it and reordered. But when they brought it back they only had part of the sandwich they didn't even put it together. What a Joke I took it back and had them remake it. Then it finally arrived after we were basically finished. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich they didn't put any sauce on the sandwich other that Butter on the bread, really DRY and did Not taste good. Needless to say we will NOT be going back here they will be out of business soon at this rate.

Last night I went in and asked for two orders of waffles. Chocolate chip. I asked one to be regular and one gluten free. There was only two people there and they were both outside when we got there. The lady who took my order might be the most incompetent person I’ve come across. Also, I’m almost positive she was stoned. She couldn’t figure out how to put the orders in. W had to tell her a few different times. She ended asking the line cook to help her and he wasn’t much help either. In the end they charged me 40$ for two waffles. I didn’t even look at the price until I got my receipt. When I got my order an looked inside I was certain that it didn’t cost that much so I asked a for a refund. Neither of them could figure it out either. The lady got annoyed with me. The man cussed out loud in frustration. In the end I left because i had been there over 30 minutes for a simple in and out order that turned into a whole fiasco. I’m still out 40$.

Came to the Fond du Lac, WI location at 11:40am, found the place about 50% capacity. Yet it took over 5 minutes before any employees came to the front desk to seat me, then another 10 minutes before they took my order, and it's been around 45 minutes since placing my order and I still haven't received my order. I'm about ready to walk out and go to McDonald's since they actually serve food.
