I was out and about and decided to grab some breakfast at the I-HOP in Ahwatukee, Az off Ray Rd and the I-10. It was very busy but I was seated right away, in a nice bright area where I requested. Its an older building but its very clean and comfortable. Zane was my server and brought coffee right away. They have great coffee! I ordered the spinach mushroom omelet and hashed browns. It was done perfectly with plenty of fillings. The Hollandaise sauce was amazing. Hashed browns were crisp. My server, Zane was pleasant and attentive. I'm so glad I stopped in today. Great experience! 5 Stars♡

Worst service, rude waitress, sat for almost an hour with nothing, didn't get what we ordered, NEVER refilled anything, food undercooked, and waitress argued with manager when we complained...we were there (3 of us) for OVER 2 hours to just have pancakes. We were only 1 of only 3 families in the whole restaurant!! TERRIBLE experience and sorry I paid anything!!!

Very disappointing.....this should be $$$ instead of 1.......almost 20 dollars for 1 person breakfast. And it was maybe 8 dollars worth of food at best. Troublesome times we're in. And the waitress brought the bill quick and kept hovering over me.

There was only 1 waitress working on Valentine's Day so they were super busy but she worked her butt off & did an amazing job. Shame on whoever left her all alone to handle the customers all by herself.
I came back in y'day & my waitress was so friendly and helpful!! She definitely made me wanna come back to her!!
Terrible service, they did not want to serve us because we had Hispanic features, without knowing that we are American citizens, they are racists. Every weekend we eat at a different I-Hop location. I have been living in this country for 30 years and I have never been denigrated in this way.
Came before church rush. 5 tables sat with 3 menus open. My food was raw and I was the only table for my server. I seen her once over an hr. Literally had to walk out to pay. Never once have I left without tipping. But the service was so horrible, I left nothing. Manager was prompt and polite. Never coming back. And it was almost 25$ for a 2×2 and 2 drinks. Which never got refilled. Waste of money.

Ordered from the mobile app for pick up, after being assured the order was good, I got home and it was missing several contents. I called to request at least a refund for the contents not provided and I was first informed that the app isn't accurate, yet it let me pay and order it then I was informed I had to reach out to doordash. I picked it up after placing the mobile app, where does doordash play a part?

Nasty building, awful service. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. We walked in and stood there before 2 girls came to the counter and decided to bicker about who would take us. Finally one said "i guess ill take them." We got sat, ordered, and got our food...well most of it. My mother in law ordered a meal that had pancakes and she didn't get them until the rest of her meal was almost gone. Took that long because our waitress took that long to come back to check in. The place is gross. The cook line can be seen when you walk in, and there's a line where the waitresses add butter, whipped cream, toppings, etc on the other side. This was filthy. Not to mention it's nasty that customers walk right by this line where food is, as they go back and forth to the restroom! Finally, after our meal was done, we waited 25 minutes to get our check and finally had to flag someone else down to get our waitress for it because again...she disappeared. We truly regret actually staying and wish we would have left when we walked in and seen the filth, and when those girls were making it seem like we were a bother by being there and them having to actually do their jobs. We will NEVER go to this location again. Biggest waste of $78 we have EVER spent dining out. Clean this place....staff and building!

Not overly busy for a Sunday morning. But ordered a sweet tea, coffee and water. Received unsweetened tea, creamer shoved into my coffee cup. Pushed passed that ordered our food. I ordered the burrito with avocado and side of Tres leches pancakes. Wife ordered biscuit and gravy plate. My burrito came out not grilled with the avocado on the side and a hair on it. Wife got her biscuit and gravy after 2 bites she found a curly hair baked into the biscuit. We politely told the server we were leaving.
