It is what it is. Actually they have pretty good food. I don't think I would have dinner there, but it's certainly a good late night place, or breakfast place. I think Id stick with the breakfast items, that seems to be their specialty.

They do not have staff period. Manager having to cook and waiting 1 hr to get cold food. This last time we sat down it took 20 to get drink order and waiter never came back. This was the only place in Knoxville with decent pancakes.

Highly disappointed! All the food I got taste like it had been cooked hours ago. Bacon was cold and mushy, hash browns weren’t fresh and had extremely hard parts. Ended up only being able to eat the eggs and pancakes. Gave the ham to my dogs and threw the rest away. Money wasted

While I have been going to this location on and off since they have opened and have enjoyed the convenience of how close it is, I've not enjoyed how the service has declined over time. On my last visit, it was very disappointing. My son and I had got there, we were seated promptly and our order was taken. We waited and watched as others came in after us, we're talking a good 10 - 15 minutes later, and were recieving their orders before we were. Keep in mind, this place was not busy and had plenty of staff standing around. I had to ask two different waitresses about our order. Both times I was told the food was on its way but was still waiting for another 20 minutes before I had finally had enough and we ended up leaving hungry and aggravated. I have given this location several chances and now I'm done with it. I'll be going to the Merchants Road location from now on.

Good food always but the overhead vents cool food too quickly butter can’t melt at all . That is restaurant design has nothing to do with employees. I very very seldom eat there because everything is cold
I took some friends there yesterday and they loved the food. Plus we had a wonderful waitress. We went back for breakfast this morning and came away feeling exactly the same way. The food was great and the service was excellent

What can I say the Grandchildren love this place...but you can get a better breakfast as far as food quality. Compare the meat to what you would cook at home and your sure to be somewhat disappointed.

We’re having lunch/ breakfast for my birthday. Food was great. They were out of tartar sauce and the manager made me some. Our server Danielle was prompt and took care of us.
