Worst location I have ever been to. We went inside with a kid excited for pancakes. We waited for at least 15 minutes. The workers were in the back completely ignoring us. Whoever owns this location should know the employees clearly don't want to work and are being paid to run business off. Do NOT go here. Would give negative stars if possible. Terrible.

Walked in and stood there for 5 min. Had to yell to get someone's attention to notice i was there. Acted like it was an inconvenience even though it was empty. My order wasn't even being cooked till I showed up to get it.

As a DoorDash driver who frequents a wide range of restaurants, I understand that delays can happen. However, this particular establishment consistently stands out for all the wrong reasons. Despite only ever seeing two staff members on duty — typically a cook and a host — the pace of service is remarkably slow.
Each time I arrive to pick up an order, I brace myself for an extended wait, regardless of whether the order was placed well in advance. The environment is notably unwelcoming, with staff who appear visibly disengaged and unhappy to be there, which only adds to the overall frustration of the experience.
The only redeeming factor — and the sole reason I continue accepting deliveries from this location — is that customers tend to tip well. Unfortunately, even that doesn’t fully offset the time lost during these repeated delays.
This location would benefit greatly from improved staffing, better communication, and a renewed focus on customer (and delivery driver) experience. Until then, anyone picking up from here should plan for a longer-than-average wait and minimal hospitality.

I haven’t eaten @ an IHOP in decades. I had a gift certificate & thought it was worth a try. I got a Colorado Omelet w/blueberry pancake & I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although I did save the pancakes for later.

Not the fluffy pancakes I was used to from there. All our guest were over cooked. Eggs were over cooked. Overall food was not as it should be in this breakfast market in Knoxville.

Xavier in the kitchen is amazing! The waitress, Anna, was also amazing and had a warm smile serving me! My burger and onion rings were perfectly cooked!

Walked in on a mid Friday morning and stood at the counter for almost 10 min. Employees looked at us, but nobody came over to seat us. People lined up behind us and had to ask us what was going on. We told them that we had no idea and left to have breakfast at First Watch.

Place was to cold, food was ok, waitress acted kind of upset as we asked to move. I also asked for a splashberry drink (not on menu anymore) she acted irritated but got it anyway.

Ailee ,or whatever her name was, was pretty rude the whole time. Went in a group of five and from the start we wanted all our orders separate. She gave me and another friend the wrong tickets and when we asked her to fix it she said she charged me for the tres leches because it was the same price as the cinnamon pancakes so she wouldn’t fix it. Once she fixed it she came back with the check. After we paid and signed everything to leave she said “thanks for nothing”. Food was perfect it was just the rude waitress that was the issue.

Everything about breakfast was just fine. Unfortunately this franchise owner thinks they're better than I hop themselves and instead of the $6 meal which is a reason we went to IHOP because we normally don't get a chance to go during the week, this franchise owner takes it upon himself to charge $7 against IHOP advertisement on TV that I just saw during the University of Tennessee baseball game. I think that franchise or not they should have to follow the rules of the main company, otherwise he's making a dollar more off the customers coming into his store compared to what the advertisement says.
