I placed my order and went to pick it up, sat there for like 15-20 minutes past my designated pick up time. Watched them lock the doors so I decided to call and they said their fryers were down so they would issue a refund. That parts fine, I understand things happen, I work in a restaurant too. However, the part that makes me mad is they weren’t even gonna tell me. I could’ve been waiting a whole nother hour with no notice. Like you guys have my number and email, you don’t even have to come out, just give me a call

Disappointed not all that good. Got a really large bone in a regular size drumstick, not completely done and fatty. I had medium buffalo, and the flavor would be better if I could taste it, not a lot of sauce on any of it. Boneless barbque and chili zing were ok but to dry. All of it needs more sauce. Fries good. Didn't bring our blue cheese, ordered it. Only had ranch was very disappointed. Doubt we order from them again. Second time trying it not consistent.

Ordering on the website/door dash is a nightmare. When i get to the end, it makes me log in and then when i log in it starts be all the way over to Door dash home page… please include a “check out as guest” or something. And then on the IJW doordash order instructions, it says to wait in the to-go parking spot, but i had to go inside the building to pick up the food. They don’t answer the phone, so how was i supposed to know that i was supposed to go inside to pick up my order? What saved the score was the food. It was delicious. But the garlic parm sauce needs more garlic and herbs!

Worst wings I’ve ever had. Buffalo sauce was goopy and gross and couldn’t even tell there was garlic parm on the other half til I turned on my overhead light and SEARCHED. No flavor and will never order here again. Fries were also over cooked, but I could at least eat those. Gave the rest to my literal pet

When they're good they're the best, when they're not they're almost inedible. If they could only be consistent I would give 5 stars. It's playing Russian roulette with what you're going to get here. Crossing my fingers I order on a good night.I am hoping they take this feedback to heart and find a way to get more consistent!

I'll save you some time, it's just chillis. Except the chicken is more expensive and not as good as their chicken crispers. Also, they realized that I ordered 2 fry sauces (which don't taste good btw, avoid) and 1 bleu cheese seemingly at the last minute because apparently they decided to just mix Bleu cheese into fry sauce to correct it. Instead of just putting Bleu cheese in a new plastic ramiken. A very minor first world complaint I know, I just find it really weird that they thought I'd prefer bleu cheese mixed with fry sauce. Save yourself some money and put some frozen chicken tenders in the microwave from Dollar General.

I got boneless wings and curly fries with ranch. Food tastes good enough, however, despite being labeled as “hot” there was absolutely zero kick to my wings. Flavor is good, came in a timely manner, but their hot wings are spicy like mayonnaise.
I am feeling a little icky like I want to ?? I am bringing the rest back I had the wings bone in buffalo wings.
