Ordering on the website/door dash is a nightmare. When i get to the end, it makes me log in and then when i log in it starts be all the way over to Door dash home page… please include a “check out as guest” or something. And then on the IJW doordash order instructions, it says to wait in the to-go parking spot, but i had to go inside the building to pick up the food. They don’t answer the phone, so how was i supposed to know that i was supposed to go inside to pick up...

When they're good they're the best, when they're not they're almost inedible. If they could only be consistent I would give 5 stars. It's playing Russian roulette with what you're going to get here. Crossing my fingers I order on a good night.I am hoping they take this feedback to heart and find a way to get more consistent!

I got boneless wings and curly fries with ranch. Food tastes good enough, however, despite being labeled as “hot” there was absolutely zero kick to my wings. Flavor is good, came in a timely manner, but their hot wings are spicy like mayonnaise.
