This is simply the best restaurant in Knoxville. Not only is the food absolutely delicious, the servings are large and the food is hot or cold, depending on what it is. The wonderful slaw is always chilled. In addition, the servers are friendly and efficient, although possibly overworked.

We were in Knoxville for the day and decided to try out Jackie’s. Looking at the reviews and food pictures it looked like my type of place! I have been eating at Miss Jackie’s for years. I use to drive up when I lived in Chattanooga almost 5 years ago just to get some of this food. Absolutely the best comfort food around. We love Jackie’s!
