Favorite place to get an acai bowl in Knoxville. I haven’t had a bad base from them and their chia pudding is chefs kiss.

Parking: Sometimes it’s hard to get in and out of the side parking lot.

I've been here a few times and the employees tend to seem very disinterested in any interaction with customers and the building itself is just a concrete box with chairs. Anyways, I paid over $40 for 3 bowls. We took them to go and when we got home, I dug into my bowl. The bowl had lots of fruit on top and it took me awhile to get to the smoothie base. Once I finally did, I found 2 BUGS. Little Gnat looking bugs with tiny wings, red eyes, and legs. I don't consider Blossom Bowls unclean neccsarily... Those bugs like fruit, they probably were nibbling at the smoothie base and were accidentally covered with a pile of fruit. It's gross, but it happens. When I called the store, I was very understanding but the worker told me they were probably just Chia seeds. They were not. Chia seeds do not have wings and there were no chia seeds supposed to be in my bowl. In order to receive a remake or a refund, she told me I had to email the manager. I did exactly that and have yet to hear from him a week later. After reading other poor reviews, it seems the lack of communication tends to happen a lot. Needless to say, I will not be back here and I would not recommend it to anyone else. $40 down the drain.

Wonderful atmosphere fresh fruit with a few more options than the other fruit places. It's more expensive but worth the cost.

I've been getting the spinach smoothie every day because I am a baby and hate veggies....these are delcious and must be bad for you some how but i hope not.

I ordered my bowl online for pickup in store. The store was cozy on the inside, and the bowl was delicious. I will definitely order from here again.

Parking: The location is off of Broadway. I was able to find a spot by the front fortunately!

My first time here, I felt welcomed and appreciated just for walking in the door. The person at the counter was so helpful and friendly, they explained the signature bowls as well as the components of building your own bowl, the sizes, etc. I started with a blossom bowl and will definitely be back to try different ones! This organization is a great addition to our community in Knoxville! P.S. My bowl was delicious and refreshing esp with it being over 90° today!
