I've been to over 30 different jersey mikes and this one is the Worst. THE STAFF IS SO RUDE and disrespectful at this location. This is by far the worse staff ever at a jersey mikes. They are rude. They get overly annoyed and just not friendly at all. This store will be reported to corporate team as I work with them monthly on other projects.

The employees working there were so kind. They made accommodations for my child’s food allergies and were very respectful and understanding! Thank you for your kindness

Not safe for GF. Asked for GF bread and the workers seemed extremely bothered, especially once said it was an allergy not just preference. Workers went back and forth about who would have to prepare the gluten free bread infront of customers, making it seem like we were a bother.

I understand there are tougher cleaning protocols for this type of order, but it can be very disappointing for somebody who is already embarrassed by their dietary restrictions. We ended up leaving because we were standing in the line for 10 minutes and they hadn’t started on our order, and the GF person I was with no longer felt good about the safety protocols.

Even crumbs can trigger Celiac badly. We love Jersey Mike’s normally, but this one wasn’t a good allergy friendly experience for us :/.

Picked up online order at 3:10, got home and order was wrong. Called location, nice lady answered, requested the manager, she said he was busy and ro call back later, his name was Seth. Told her the order was wrong and needed to talk, was on hold, hung up on, and then someone answered again, wouldn't answer, called from other number, lady helped, man in back yelling about how he wasn't going to help, she said she could refund, he was still yelling, and i gave ticket information, no one has asked what issue is, tried to twll her that 2 items we ordered were completely incorrect. Then was hung up on again. Tried to call back no one would answer. Very unprofessional 2 items completely done wrong, like no one bothered to look at instructions. Do not go to this location. Before it was a good but this is unacceptable. They can do better. This order was picked up at 3:10, so not a busy time, they just did not care at all, if you are the franchise manager, you need to look at management at this location.

PRO TIP go ahead and get in line when you get there if your mobil order isn't ready. Just have them make your order then tell them to find your mobil ticket. This location doesn't seem to understand the mobil order ahead process. They seem to only focus on what is right infront of them.

Don’t bother ordering on the app. Placed my order at 2:39 for two sandwiches. My order wasn’t ready until 3:30. Absolutely ridiculous

I placed an order via Uber eats. It didn't allow me to add to my sandwich. I called the store, and whomever I spoke with was so polite. The gentleman was not only nice, but he was more than willing to fix my food how I wanted it. I ran a Subway for years, and this kind of courtesy is rare!! I appreciate the team at this location for going above and beyond to make sure I got my food how I wanted it. He certainly didnt have to, but you made this picky fat girls heart, and stomach, full yesterday. The food was perfect. Thank you so much to the gentlemen that went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you for being a good human. Those are rare these days.

Stopped in to this Jersey Mikes again today for a sub, ended up getting a Giant Original Italian. The guys here make the best hoagies in Knoxville and the surrounding area bar none. Not only are the hoagies top notch but the staff is always friendly and the service is fast, even when its busy. What more could you want? We will definitely continue coming back.

Closed grill early, wouldn’t sell any hot items. Very disappointed. Keep the grill on until the doors are locked! Good thing the Mexican place next door likes money.
