Jersey Mike's Subs

Good sandwiches but a bit pricey.

We love Jersey Mikes. At least we used to. I have ordered from this specific Jersey Mikes 3x now for delivery.
First time was fine, received the wrong bread on both subs, but we let it slide.
2nd time I received someone else’s order.
And the 3rd time was today when I ordered 4 subs for delivery and only received 2. CANT get the money refunded through Uber and I tried to call to see if I could get a replacement for a different day or even today or something and the phone just rang and rang. Called 3 times and No one answered the phone. I’m really disappointed because I loved Jersey Mikes back in Florida, but this one just seems to not be able to get it right.

Like thos place. One of the few places that have gluten free sub buns when I travel

I grab lunch for my husband and coworkers at times. Their lunch is at 10:30 & this is the closest Jersey Mikes to Seymour. Thank you all for taking my order early!! We love your subs 😋

The last two times I’ve been to this location they were out of bread. How does a sandwich show not have bread during business hours? It was 30 minutes before they close both times. As I’m sitting here writing this review a group of 5 just got turned away.

Management rude, not helpful with incorrect order. Also profane language and inappropriate behavior while customers in store.

Hey guys, GM of D. P. Dough on the strip. You all called and asked for a food trade. My dayshift manager prepared your order and waited on his to never come…. Tried calling and kept getting ignored. Don’t appreciate the wasting of product in my store and my guy trading his meal for a meal to come for you. Not a good way to do business. I will adjust review if someone would like to give me a call and make it right. Also all calls are recorded so I have the call of them asking for the trade. Thanks.

Dirty, crumbs everywhere, floor had spills. guy that made food checked us out with same gloves then went back to making food. Women’s bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Ceiling tiles had old water damage. Just gross and it was 10:30 am!

We ordered delivery and when the sandwiches came without bread, the only response that the employee or manager could provide was "We ran out of bread" before being hung up on. If only we could have been told before we paid and waited! I understand being short-staffed, but can't understand failing to effectively communicate problems with customers.

Sandwich was ok, have had JM several times and different locations, this one didn't seem to make it the same, no offer of Mike's way, sandwich makers in there own world. They never really even talked to me other than asking what bread I wanted. Cashier gave me dirty look when i left no tip for a to go order. Will not go to this location again.

My sandwich was awesome! I have the chicken bacon ranch cheese steak on the rosemary parm bread. I would like to see more soft drink selections.
