Jersey Mike's food is great. But this location continually makes errors in making our sandwiches. Please enjoy their food at another location, such as Kingston Pike.

Astronomically bad service. Placed an order ahead and waited patiently for fifteen minutes after the estimated pickup time only to be met with attitude from several of the employees who asked me three separate times the name of the order I was picking up. This is despite the fact I had already told them them the name when I first arrived. When I got the order, it turns out it had been sitting behind the counter the entire time. Not quite sure what was going on as everyone working behind the counter seemed to be laughing and cracking jokes instead of doing their job while a line was forming out the door.

Didn't seem like anyone working the shift knew what they were doing, and the sandwich was mediocre at best ....next time I will go next door to Publix and buy a pre-made turkey sandwich, it would have tasted better and been half the cost!...I don't know what's up Jersey Mike's used to be good?!?!?

Great food and friendly people! I stayed in the area for 3 nights and bought from there twice and had leftovers twice!
They use fresh ingredients and the food is so good, got my ol man to try for the first time and he enjoyed it as well, definitely worth the cost

I love the food, but this location is the worst I have ever been to. On multiple occasions I’ve gone in only to find they are out of bread completely and was offered no solutions or compromises. Let me emphasize that a *sandwich store* hardly ever has enough bread for even the people in line to be accommodated. I also have to make sure I repeat how I want my sandwich multiple times when I order, because they will almost always include something I asked explicitly to be taken off my sub - to the point that now I have to pull it out and check it before we even leave the store. I don’t know whether to blame the employees or the company for these issues, but I continue to have awful experiences here despite the food taste and quality being excellent. Not worth it, especially for the outrageous prices.

Their was one guy behind the counter when i walked in and i stood and waited and finally ask if they were open since he wouldn’t acknowledge me . Then he finally starts mine and then stops to wait on another guy behind me who had several orders, i only had one simple sandwich. The worker was a smart a** and acted like he didn’t want to be there . Well if you don’t like your job move on or be friendly to your customers who are making your paycheck . Also an extremely rude air man was there supposedly fixing the air . Didn’t have enough since to lock the back door and people going in that way and he said closed . I go here often but after today i probably want go back .
