My favorite place for a truly delicious sub sandwich! However, the stores in Knoxville, TN will not heat up a cold sub on the grill. I find this mind boggling. My daughter prefers the number six heated, yet both store's we visited in Knoxville said NO, can't do that. That's very disappointing.

Not a great location at lunchtime. Took 25+ minutes to get a sandwich. Coke machine was out of carbonation, several customers reported it, no one seemed to know how to fix it. My chips tasted stale, sure enough the expiration date on the bag was very close. Dude dressing the sandwiches was literally working in super slo-mo. Everyone was ordering cold subs to try and speed up the line but it didn't matter.

Ordered a mobile order, with one hot sub and one cold sub. The hot sub was made when we came in and sat in the bag until the cold sub was made 25 minutes later. Not warm at all

Really like the freshness of their sandwiches. The Italian is my favorite. They have a large selection of hot and cold sandwiches. I really need to try some of their other sandwiches.

Not up to usual expectations. I ordered to go in the app and the toppings I had requested were not even close to what I received. Food was ready on time, chips and drink were correct. Sandwich was good, just not prepared as I ordered or wanted.
I did an online order with a pickup for later in the afternoon at 3:45 PM. When I received the email confirmation, the pickup was scheduled for 12:22pm. You can’t correct/fix/cancel an order on the app or online. I called the store immediately because I didn’t want them to waste the food and make it early since the time was wrong. I tried consistently for over an hour to call the store. No one would answer the phone. It would ring until it finally disconnected with no voicemail option. Poor service Jersey Mikes. I won’t be coming back to the Bearden/Sequoyah Hills location. It’s further distance wise, but I’ll be ordering from Turkey Creek location from on. Since I can’t correct or cancel the order because the store won’t answer, I’ll be disputing the charge on my credit card.
