Walked in Jan 19th at 645 PM. The guy did not even lift his head to acknowledge me and my wife. It was empty in there and he just continued making sandwiches without saying it would be a minute or anything. There was a lady as well who never looked our way as well. We gave them a few minutes and went to the one by Publix. instead.

Very friendly to gluten free! They are very safe, change gloves, use different mayo, etc.
After leaving the Jersey Mikes located in downtown Knoxville for unfriendly service and lack of allergen care, this Jersey Mikes was very refreshing! (I left a poor review there, and I hope they can take some notes from Kingston Pike.)
Again, after we actually LEFT the downtown location by Publix to try and find another, faith in Jersey Mikes was restored.
Not to mention, this establishment was very clean in front of AND behind the counter :)
They take food safety serious. Can tell there is some good management in place here. Good employees. Good people.

This was my first time actually being in the store at a Jersey Mike's Subs. I ordered two cold subs and a hot sub. One of the cold Subs was on a gluten-free roll. I was very impressed at the way they took steps to ensure there was no cross contamination when assembling the gluten-free sandwich. Flavor was great and the role held together fairly well. My only complaint is that it took 20 minutes after our cold Subs were completed before the hot sub was ready. There was just nobody operating the grill. All in all a good experience and I will be back again.

Where to start. Ordered my mikes cheesesteak as I always do but that day they were off there game. Steak was burnt I meant inedible burnt n dry on top of that they made it wrong I paid for bacon didn’t get any bacon. I guess I have to treat it like subway n watch them make it from now on I wasted 20 some odd dollars smh. On not to mention I waited almost 30 mins for my food

They seemed interested in making the sub they wanted to make for me not what I ordered. Quality was high, staff was nice, but seemed more interested in getting the sandwich made and my money then listening to my order. One tap on the soda machine was broken and another the syrup was out and they seem uninterested in that information as I had already paid. But sub tasted good and was made quickly.

Seemed to be a lot less meat on our Phillies. On one hand I understand...beef has gotten really expensive...but I think I'd rather you raise the price so you can keep making them...with meat falling out.

What's the point of using the mobile app if they don't start on your order until you show up?? Pointless and annoying. Decent food though.
Listennnnnnnn, comparing to Subway, Jersey Mike's knocked it out of the park! LOOK at my sandwich 🥹 I got Mike's Famous Philly, made fresh, on Rosemary Parm bread and I savored every.single.bite. Juicy, hot, flavorful, amazing. Price was a little expensive but for the quality, it's worth it 👌 $13.66 for a regular size sandwich, then chips and drink.

Today I ordered a salad for the first time. Because they don’t offer crackers, I ask for a small piece of bread. They have given me small pieces before, usually the size of what they would cut off when making a child’s sandwich. This time the manager was adamant they don’t do that and I would have to pay the price of a full sandwich. Most likely I will not return to this location, even though it is closest to my office, as the treatment was unnecessary and unacceptable.

My favorite place for a truly delicious sub sandwich! However, the stores in Knoxville, TN will not heat up a cold sub on the grill. I find this mind boggling. My daughter prefers the number six heated, yet both store's we visited in Knoxville said NO, can't do that. That's very disappointing.
