Wish they delivered to North Knoxville but they make a good Detroit style with quality ingredients/toppings that I make sure to grab for carryout when I'm in the area. I appreciate that they sell homemade ranch by the bottle too.

I placed an online order before the restaurant opened. The automatic default time was 11:30 AM. A litter later someone from the restaurant called to see if I wanted my pizza earlier. That was very thoughtful and kind of them. The lunch deal is a great combo. The pizza was decent and they serve coke (which I love). I liked it better than Little Caesars. I will have to give Jets a try more often. I recommend.

Salad was horrible, I’ve never had anything bad from here until now, salad just just skimpy for 20$ mainly all white pieces couldn’t even eat it

This store has been under new management for a couple of months and the standard had decreased dramatically. They seem to be cheaping out on the ingredients and the wings seem to be chicken nuggets. It's disappointing as Jet's was my go to pizza, I might have to try the Farragut location but it's much further to travel.

I called to Jettz Pizza to place an-order over the phone for a pick up. Spoke to James (store manager). He told me that it would take 15-20 min to be ready. Came in 20 min and waited for over an hour in the restaurant for my order and this is when i asked kindly to cancel for my pizza order. The Store manager James didn’t aplologise moreover he insulted me by saying that i don’t have to be an asshole. Store manger of the Jettz pizza He has no communication skills with the customer whatsoever, i am so disappointed of this place.

I was ready for good pizza and wings , my wife said it be 60 of course they charge 6 dollars for delivery plus tip , delivery time 1 hr ,I said I don't care I want good pizza and wings, I was very disappointed the pizza was cold side and crust wasn't even done all the way and wings way overcooked to burnt taste and not enough sauce, overpriced!!! Spend half the money get ok Pizza from dime dozen pizza places around here , at least you get ok Pizza and wings , 60 should been on point, I did get this jets pizza a second chance as I tryed it I remember the 1st chance!!!! Will be LAST chance!!! Update !!! I did send my receipt to the owner that my wife ordered the pizza !! My last update!!!! the receipt that I emailed to jets and a pic of the pizza and underneath is the wings where the belong in trash !!!!

Jets never disappoints! Our family just loves the consistency of Jets every time we go! There just is not a better pizza anywhere! The square Detroit style is the only way to go!
