“I went inside to eat and even though I was the only customer inside I stood there for almost 10 mins while i watched 7 employees look at me and just ignore me. I asked if I needed to go through the drive thru to get service and the girl said no someone will be with you soon. I watched 6 cars go through the drive thru that came up after I had already been standing there. Complete disregard for customer service. That alone makes me not want to eat there again. Oh and the tomatoes were old and mushy.“

“Great service and great employees. I have been here multiple times and am always pleased with my experience. Jackson, Simba, and Jaden are a few employees that I have noticed do a great job consistently. All the employees work extra hard, but those 3 are the friendliest and most knowledgeable it seems. Will continue to go to this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great sandwich and great service!“

“I had a crew working at my house today and wanted to treat them to lunch. I ordered 11 box lunches to include a sandwich, chips and cookie. I gave the crew their boxes and sad to say when I got back to the house and opened mine there was no cookie! I had sandwich, chips and pickle. Disappointing that they didn't check the $147 order to be sure it was correct! I specifically chose this store even though the Papermill store is closer because I've always had good sandwiches here and they seem to be well managed. Just a suggestion to double check your orders!
