Jimmy John's in Knoxville

“Stopped in for lunch today the cashier was super friendly, and very patient as I looked over the menu (this was my first meal here). The computer went down while we were ordering but they were on top of the issue and fixed it almost immediately both the cashier and manager apologized and still got our food to us in a timely manner. The bread really makes a difference for the sub, it was soft and fresh and held together very well while eating it. Overall I would highly recommend eating here, all around it was a great first experience.“

“I'm giving them a lower food score on the new toasted sandwiches. I wouldn't order it again. Came out more burnt than toasted.

They make great cold sandwiches, and they should stick to it.

“I wanna give a shout out to Mr Austin, I had to ask for his name. The guy with the white hat on in a professional black polo! This guy right here seem to be the bomb! During a busy rush I am assuming as you guys was line out the door Austin here was making sure everyone was keeping up but not only that he was also seeming like he was teaching. So holding down a busy place and holding everyone down and training is a wow! Not only that but a girl wrong up our order wrong which caused my wife sandwiched to be messed up, but Austin comes over with a great attitude even though it was very busy he comes over with a great attitude even smiling as the girl wasn’t and he addressed us so kindly and fixed everything. Like this dude was amazing that I just had to leave a review for him. You don’t see many employees work so hard, specially under stress as I would be stress as it was so busy! But you never see a person work so hard while maintaining a great attitude. This was my wife and I first experience at a sandwich shop beside subway and this made us feel very welcomed, I mean even when the order was wrong he fixed it that guy is great for the job. Great leadership! Great with customers as we was watching not trying be a stocker! The place is nice and the food was very delicious. I highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch and my wife recommends the turkey sandwich“

“I absolutely love Jimmy John’s and I’m Charlotte I have such terrible experiences at probably every Jimmy John’s I went too lol so I was cautious when I came here. I got my normal sandwich and left. I opened it up to kind of put it together how I like and found some kind of fried pieces in there (it was a turkey sub) concerned I went back and told them about it. I also asked how come there wasn’t extra protein (me thinking meat not cheese) and they explained the extra protein was the cheese, which completely understandable not mad at all just misunderstood, but continued to ask about the fried bits and they said oh that shouldn’t be there and remade the sandwiches no questions asked. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind and patient. BEST JJ EXPERIENCE IVE HAD.“
