Came in on October 29 at 1 am, the line was crazy but the team did a fantastic job of staying calm and collected despite multiple drunk and rowdy customers. The team deserves a raise. The sandwich was delicious and made exactly to order even in the chaos of people being impatient and drunk trying to climb over the counter to get the managers attention.

Whatever woman works at 2:30 on a Friday deserves to be fired. We went in to simply check on our friend at 2:20 am (they close at 4 am) and were met with rude words and inappropriate comments. We weren't even trying to order but were verbally yelled at and felt extremely uncomfortable to simply check on our friend. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

The cashier who has all black hair, nails, and a black nose ring is probably the rudest employee I have ever encountered at any establishment. She treated my girlfriend and I like we were children because she would not say a full sentence and was very confusing. For example instead of saying “are you a rewards member?” she looked at me and just said “reward?”, what does that even mean. When my girlfriend was ordering she started huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes, and putting her face in her hands even though it was a simple order. She also wigged out when my girlfriend asked to have mustard on her sandwich. This is absolutely appalling. I get that it’s a jimmy John’s on the strip, and I wasn’t expecting to have the floor I walk on kissed but she basically went out of her way to be as rude as can be.

Ordered food for delivery at midnight. After waiting 2.5 hours and tried calling multiple times. I assumed that I would not be receiving my delivery. I noticed that they had refunded me my money but nobody ever called to tell me that they were unable to fulfill my order. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.

Don't order delivery from this location. My office is .8 miles away and always over an hour for delivery and they always mess up the sandwich and then your stuck eating something you didn't order.

Cashier was incredibly rude. Food was made INCORRECTLY. Wouldn't even make a sandwich into a regular wrap even though other Jimmy Johns have no issue doing so. I would avoid this place. There's better sandwich shops with nicer employees.

Awful service. It took over 45 minutes for a deliver 1 mile away. Called to check in the order and the lady was rude. Said he left with our order 10 minutes ago (without even asking who my order was for) and couldn’t tell me how long it would take to get here.*I had to cancel the order after nearly an hour because it never came.

I would not order again. I placed an order over an hour in advance for delivery and planned the delivery 15 minutes prior to the start of a meeting. 15 minutes before the delivery time I contacted the store to get the status of the order as it did not show as being out for delivery yet and was told it had just gone out with a driver. 25 minutes later and after the delivery time I contacted the store again to be told that it had not gone out with the original driver and had in fact just gone out 8 minutes ago with a different driver. The order was finally delivered 20 minutes late, after the meeting started and the General Manager, Glen, was not helpful at all. He repeatedly said he was doing the best he could, but I am also trying to do a job which included ordering lunch.
The night shift worker has messed up my order 2/3 times I have been there past 9pm. Never quality service when ordering in person. Would leave no stars if possible

I ordered my sub and a bag of chips 3 HOURS AGO!!! Still have not received it. I called 30 minutes ago and the girl told me the driver left 10 minutes earlier!!!!!!

Ordered at 1145pm. Arrived at 1150.door was locked but the workers were still behind the counter and a young girl was inside with her bike. She came and unlocked the door and said they are closed unless I'm picking up. Walked inside and it smelled like weed and had trap music barring. I asked is my sub was ready and the guy with tear drop tattoos under his eye said he'll get it started in a minute and grabbed a loaf bread with his hands with no gloves. I ordered a sub roll not regular bread. I told them forget it and walked out and had to unlock the door to get out.
