Terrible location, extremely unreliable and so, so, slow. Constantly messes up orders or runs out of ingredients and getting any type of refund is like pulling teeth. No longer going here any more. Stay away!

I now understand all the negative reviews about incorrect orders. I ordered a beach club with TWO add ons, and not only were those missing, but basic ingredients to the sub were also missing.I shouldn't have to make a 40 min round trip just to get my sandwich remade

I love a good Turkey Tom. Nothing else compares, but not at this location. My online orders to this location are never completed correctly. They don't even gave the funny signs in the bathrooms. I have given this location multiple attempts, but they fail every time.

I will start by saying the positives. I love Jimmy John's and whomever made my sandwich today, you did a great job. I, as I see a couple others here have had issues with deliveries. Waited an hour or more to only have to call and find out they didn't have a driver. Ok. Please let me know though so I can make other arrangements. Also I've eaten in several times and it's been a struggle to find a clean table. Either way, the food is usually delicious. I haven't had anything bad from here.

Let me say first that I am a huge fan of Jimmy John's sandwiches. When we lived in the Midwest, we never had a single problem with delivery or orders. However, after moving, it has been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. As some of the other reviews states, they never deliver and most of the time it is necessary to call and call and call to see when ordered food will arrive. I stopped ordering from them after they told me they would refund the delivery fee twice due to having to go to the store to pick up my food, but never did. It's so sad because Jimmy John's is such a great restaurant with great food, this store excluded, and they have run their local reputation into the ground. Even the drive-thru is freaky SLOW. If there is no one to deliver food, I can empathize with that. What can u do right?! However, that's when it is up to the individuals in charge to turn the establishment around. Hire workers that want to work. Get rid of the individuals that don't or do a poor job. Or stop advertising that they deliver, because they just don't. It's obvious from the multiple 1 star reviews, this location has been run into the ground. So so sad.

ordered food from this place around 9 PM , they dont close until 10 PM, they took my money out of my account , with a No call No show for my food. called multiple times around 9 30 pm and they never picked up their phone. i called a different location and they had no idea why they wouldnt be picking their phone up. No call No show is just unexeptable, i waited around for my food until 10 30 PM and than had to reorder food from dominos. cant give a customer a call or a email to let them know you arent comming? cant pick up the phone? that will be my last time ordering from jimmy johns

Went to the one on Clinton Highway to redeem my free sub. Even though I had it on my phone and show them that I had a free sub they would not let me get my free sub. Very rude customer service.

I was with some friends, heading back to Canada and we stopped by. We were pretty exhausted, so it was nice being greeted with a friendly atmosphere and having some really speedy service! Shouts out to DJ who made our sandwiches, they were delicious! Thank you!

Placed an order with the app, no one answered the drive thru so I gave up and went inside instead. It took a full 4 minutes before any of the 5 employees, 3 of which were chatting, greeted me and ask what I needed. I also watched an employee straight sneeze directly into a sandwich they were making a just keep going down the line with it and wrap it up. Like. Whoa y’all. I closely watched my sandwich being made but was still seriously considering noping out after that. Also, took 23 minutes to get my sandwich from the time ordered so nothing freaky fast about that.
