Love the place. Loved the bathrooms. The only bad thing I have to say is the toilet paper in the men’s bathroom wasn’t flowing over the top but other than that great experience.

Stopped in for lunch today the cashier was super friendly, and very patient as I looked over the menu (this was my first meal here). The computer went down while we were ordering but they were on top of the issue and fixed it almost immediately both the cashier and manager apologized and still got our food to us in a timely manner. The bread really makes a difference for the sub, it was soft and fresh and held together very well while eating it. Overall I would highly recommend eating here, all around it was a great first experience.

i have often ordered delivery from this location, and while i’ve tolerated this stores mistakes before without complaint due to enjoying it when the food is made right, today is the last time i will. The delivery bag today smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, and my sandwich came with a large amount of one of items i requested off of it. My call to the restaurant for help only got me an apology from whoever answered the phone. This location will frequently mess up your delivery order, so going in person is recommended.

Looking at some of the other recent reviews this seems to be a pattern, but this store is definitely going downhill. Pulled up to drive thru and noticed five employees just sitting at one of the outside tables talking and joking around. First thing the guy who takes my order at drive thru says is bear with me I’m the only one in the store right now… really weird are five out of six guys all on break at the same time? After waiting 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches & chips even though I was the only customer when I pulled up at the store all the guys from outside come back in and one of them finally bags my food gives it to me and it’s missing the chips. This wouldn’t be a big deal had they not forgot items the last several times I came here hence why I checked the bag. Had to wait several more minutes just for one of the six guys standing around talking to come open the window again and ask what I needed. Mentioned last several times I came there has been items missing and happened again. Guy said sorry but didn’t seem to really care, gave me the chips and closed the window. Overall just bad experience, food is good but not worth dealing with this staff. Owner needs to get these people in check

Loved the concept of a toasted sub, until I received the driest (missing the mayo and ranch requested) crispy critter of a sandwich. Parts of it were legitimately black and inedible. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until we were back on the interstate and it was unwrapped - or I would have brought it back as this was the second bad sub in a row from what USED to be an amazing location. Uuggggg.
