Loved the concept of a toasted sub, until I received the driest (missing the mayo and ranch requested) crispy critter of a sandwich. Parts of it were legitimately black and inedible. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until we were back on the interstate and it was unwrapped - or I would have brought it back as this was the second bad sub in a row from what USED to be an amazing location. Uuggggg.

The staff was extremely rude and unable to properly manage fast food. The sandwiches are thin and not worth the money. Jersey Mike’s is my recommendation.

I have tried to go to this particular location quite a few times so that maybe once they would get my sandwich right. Lately it is over stuffed with lettuce and not enough sandwich..so I have to be very specific on my order. This last time I asked for my unwhich to be cut in half so they did it horizontal (which is a new one for me) and there seemed to be a disconnect when I tried to have it remade or fixed..I was trying not to be irritated but for as much as I go there I really hate there are problems every time and I am not a picky eater I promise..but paying $10 for a lettuce wrap I should get the basic. I am at the point I know who makes a good sandwich and who doesnt so should i give up at this location?..I really do love their sandwich when it is made correctly..and for the most part the regular staff that have helped me in the past have been super friendly and didn't seem to mind my me telling them how I like my sandwich made..

Bread was a little hard, but good sandwich . Long wait time! Only 3 people ahead of me in drive thru but took 20 minutes.
Never saw this before but for weeks the drivethrough is so full can't fit another car. So I decided to go inside. Big mistake. These clowns were trying to open a big jar of something and giggling nobody was making a sandwich the guy taking orders could not figure out how to use the register. So I walked out. Ive been going here since it opened and always impressed. This is a new thing last month or so. Also read in another review of sandwich makers wearing gloves working the register that is so gross. I won't go back again. Once you see and hear this stuff you can't enjoy the sandwich. It's a shame.

Under staffed, sandwich sloppy & barely had any meat on it. They had no bread so I had to wait forever. Staff was moving slowly as if they weren’t super busy when the inside & drive thru were packed. Staff was complaining about not having bread, etc. it was a very uninviting environment. Frustrated considering I paid $26 for 2 sandwiches & because we were starving we still ate them. I won’t be back to this location.

Great service and great employees. I have been here multiple times and am always pleased with my experience. Jackson, Simba, and Jaden are a few employees that I have noticed do a great job consistently. All the employees work extra hard, but those 3 are the friendliest and most knowledgeable it seems. Will continue to go to this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great sandwich and great service!
