Great service and great employees. I have been here multiple times and am always pleased with my experience. Jackson, Simba, and Jaden are a few employees that I have noticed do a great job consistently. All the employees work extra hard, but those 3 are the friendliest and most knowledgeable it seems. Will continue to go to this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great sandwich and great service!

Food was good as usual, but every time I go, the sandwiches take significantly longer than expected. Their slogan is "freaky fast" but I have yet to get one in under 15 minutes. I remember getting $5 BLT's in less than a minute. Now they're almost 15 bucks and take way longer (paid over $44 pre-tip for 3 sandwiches). Also, I hate how you're immediately prompted to tip as soon you start to pay. I'd rather pay and tip after.

I went to this location to pick up a quick lunch and somehow my ticket got lost. The guys working noticed right away that I had been waiting and took care of it right away. They were all very nice, smiling, and made sure I was taken care of. I normally do not leave reviews but in this case I admired the quality of customer service from the staff, as I used to be in the restaurant industry. Thank you to the staff/crew!!
