The staff did not greet me or even acknowledge me for 5 minutes when I came in. This was my first time in Jimmy John’s ever. They did not give me a receipt and then gave my order to someone else. The food is not that good and the service is terrible. I will not be coming back or recommending this restaurant.

I got the giant blt yesterday. I asked for Mayo on the side (it didn’t happen). The worst part is that the bacon was microwaved bacon that wasn’t re-heated. Also brown lettuce. When you spend $14 on a sub and are asked to leave a tip, I expect more. It was my first time there and I’m never going back!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I only went in to get a few loaves of bread and they seem to have forgotten about me and doing everybody else’s orders when all I wanted was a few loaves of bread no sandwich no meat nothing just some bread and I’ve been in here for 20 minutes now ! I’m walking out the door even though I paid for my order If I could give zero stars I would, but it won’t allow me to post it without giving it a star, but I would do negative

They never give you the freebies you order. In the past you could watch them prepare your Sub now you can't, and by the time you get home it's too late. Publix for me from now on.

I order here every time I’m close. I got a Billy Club to go so disappointed. Who ever made it put one piece of ham on it and it should have roast beef, ham and provolone. I’m keeping my ticket for my next visit. They never answer a phone. It has bacon that’s should not be on it
