It was our first time ever going. This is like subway but with no options. They have very limited basic veggies, a few meat options, and only like 3 cheeses. The girl who took our order messed up our order, overcharged us, didn’t answer any questions, and explained things wrong. The manager came out to fix everything for us and gave us a refund so the problem was taken care of. But our experience with her was so poor that I lowered the rating

This Jimmy John's used to be excellent. Recently, the last two visits have been substandard. The amount of meat normally added to a sub has decreased. The bread of the sub is dry and hard. The cookies are no longer moist chewy. They are dry and crumbly. This last order I asked for a number 9, no onions. The order looked good on the receipt but the sun was a number 9 with onions. Good thing I'm not allergiic to onions, I just don't like them

Waited 45 minutes on a Saturday for 2 sandwiches. They served the drive through line and completely surpassed people waiting in the store. Horrible experience. We didnt even have time to stay for the sandwiches we paid for. staff is incredibly inexperienced and inefficient. We wasted $30 and will not be back

Love my country club on whole wheat sliced bread. This location on Kingston Pike. it's kind of hard to find the driveway. I drove past it and had to turn around. Busy and noisy location

They would not cut my sandwich in half and told me they wont in the future and they were ok with losing a customer. I can't believe i have to even write this! I always order the same tuna unwich and have them cut it in half because who likes to eat sandwiches from the edge inwards?! I know its not the norm but Is it unreasonable? The black guy said they would cut in half this one time but their policy is to not cut unwiches in half. I asked to clarify because this is the only way I WILL EVER order this sandwich and if they wont cut it in half in the future i wont go to their location..and he said that was correct- that they won't cut it in half in the future for me. I told them I have always gotten it this way and they will lose me as a customer and they said it was their policy. I can't believe the guy was that confrontational in front of my kids. My daughter asked me why they just won't cut it in half and I had no answer for her because that was so silly. I guess we need a conversation with corporate to reeducate their staff. I would not want to go back to this location from how we were treated but for one..customers are always right (within reason) and for two the manager here needs to be more involved with how the staff treat customers.

Called cedar bluff location and manager on duty said all stores are supposed to be open until 10.

My sandwich yesterday for lunch was AMAZING! I will probably be ordering it again today because it was so perfect.
Gavin was an amazing dude, and took my order perfectly! He definitely deserves a raise for his outstanding service!!! (It was also a little too much bread, but that's alright.)
