First time here, we will definitely be back! The cheesy breadsticks were so good, the marinara sauce was amazing. The pizza was the best I've had in a long time.

Stopped by for the first time Saturday. Wings were decent but the mini garlic knots and Meat Deluxe pizza were outstanding! Think this is my new favorite local pizza! Service was great as well.

I don’t know what has happened to Johnny Brusco here in Choto, Northshore Knoxville, TN, but my wife and I walk through the door, with a couple behind us, they take us to the back, beside the restroom, and seat the couple behind us, in front by the window, then wait on them first not even acknowledging us, until I told my wife let’s get out of here. We won’t be back. I knew we shouldn’t have went there in the first place, they burned my Parmesan chicken last time we were there.

We got a large plain cheese pizza, a house Stromboli, penne pasta and garlic knots. All was reasonably priced and tasty, good service and thin crispy crust which is a must for me on pizza

This place has truly gone down hill. I either receive a burnt pizza or a very under cook one. Don’t come on a Friday if you want your salad within an hr. Whatever happened to this place? I know wait times were long at points. With all do respect this place has fallen apart. I haven’t received good service since at least April or May. In terms of service I’m including the quality of the food. It’s not what it once was. The best pizza in Knoxville was once from Johnny Bs! The quality you all once produced was above any standard Knoxville has seen in my opinion. You all once truly were the best pizza in Knoxville. Now Marcos and dominoes is the same quality with half the price tag. Please do better. Please bring back the quality standards you all once had. The entire staff looks like they hate being there except the bald guy running around smiling while you literally see order tickets hitting the floor. Please someone help this place. Or take the New York style off the name. It’s a dang dominoes pizza at best. AT LEAST LITTLE CS CAN COOK A PIZZA correctly. Who ever is leading that kitchen or managing it has no idea what they are doing. *******Update I am not a former employee. Unsure of why this claim is being made.

From a New Yorker perspective the pizza is actually really good. The wait for said pizza is ridiculous. Stopped in on my 30 minute lunch around noon. The place was barely busy and it still took 25 minutes to get a slice. I'd probably go back to dine in, but definitely will not be stopping for lunch. In my opinion, if you're going to offer slices you should at least have some ready to at lunch time.
