I don't know what has happened within the past month, but this place has gone downhill fast. I used to be a K Brew fan, and I even convinced my Starbucks-loving boyfriend to switch over, but every single order I have placed in the last month has been wrong. I've received burnt bagels, watery coffees, hot coffee when I ordered iced, and today my boyfriend ordered two drinks, but they only made one. It was supposed to be a cold brew and a latte, and they ended up making two cold brews after he said he had another drink on his order. They even lied to him and said it was a latte after he asked. It's hard to blame the employees because I know they don't get paid enough to care, but it's sad for you to lose a customer who advocated for you and used to HIGHLY recommend you. I will be taking my business down the street to Mia Piccola from now on. Sad to see a great place turn bad.

The black leather chairs, however, REALLY need to be replaced. The seat cushions have deteriorated to the point where there’s really no comfortable way to sit on them.

Excellent coffee — superb, actually! And the jalapeno breakfast sandwich I ordered tasted fine. Quite crowded though, and surprisingly expensive. (Guess I expected something just like Dunkin.)

So I asked this Kbrew and the other one and both said I can hang out as long as I like without buying anything. (Though purchasing was good etiquette.)
I was banned from Remedy Coffee because I was homeless and hanging out there occasionally. I spent about 30-40$ there so I wasn't exactly staying there without spending money, I spent what I could. I just get on my Steam Deck and chilled out. Sometimes I'd chat with others who asked about my gaming system and I always had a good experience. To this day idk why I was banned as they refused to say why.
So now I go here instead, the staff have been awesome, I've been spending money and hanging out here now. I've been doing it for a while. I've not been banned, told to leave, or been looked at with disdain. The staff even said what they did was extreme. I've already spent about 20 bucks here and Im loving my new little hangout spot.
The atmosphere is great, staff are awesome, the people are so kind. I still get asked about my little handheld gaming thing occasionally. My only gripe is the Internet is rather slow. You will get only about 4 MB/s so downloading video games or movies will be a bit slow. The library is about 13 MB/s. They could definitely upgrade the Internet and it wouldn't cost them much either. I know because I've helped businesses upgrade their Internet before.
Apart from that, if you are looking for a nice place to hangout, come down here. There is hammocks, comfy chairs, outlets, and the coffee is rather cheap.
