The honey lavender latte is always amazing! They also have good bagels. The N Broadway location has a nice vibe to it, with plenty of seating.

The food and coffee are always good. The service on the other hand is USUALLY very good too. I’m not sure if the barista was having a bad day but they were very unhelpful. Hope they have a better day!
Friendly and great service. The garage area with the swings in a good place to enjoy your beverage or bagel
To me, K Brew is the best coffee in town! I can’t wait till they open their Farragut location because I drive across town to get it right now.

I was served a hamburger bun?? As a bagel?? When I ordered a Asiago bagel. I have ordered this same Asiago bagel before and it was nothing like this. dangerous because I gave insulin for a bagel and got a different item.
K Brew makes great coffee and has a unique atmosphere. It's a great place for one to one business meetings too.
Small food selection but good bagels and excellent coffee.
Great place to sit and relax to have a fantastic coffee. The Maple Sea Salt Latte was superb. The restrooms were very clean. Lots of outlets to be able to work remotely. Free gravel parking lot across the street. My only knock is the wait time during peak hours. Even with four staff members, my wait time for one iced latte was 11 minutes due to the number of in-store customers as well as the number of online orders being placed. I’m sure the wait time is better in off peak periods. That being said, I’d recommend if you are planning to eat/drink inside and not looking for an on the go pick me up.
Sea salt latte tasted different than the last time I bought it. I was very unimpressed. Wasted 7-8 bucks on a mediocre drink and milk tasted like it was on the verge of going bad, my stomach felt weird all day. I want a refund.

First time there met up with son for coffee and we enjoyed the coffee. Nice place to relax, converse
Over 9 dollars for a lavender latte when the sign says 7. Employees park in the back covering 1 of the drive thru lane and they don’t bother to put a sign up saying it’s closed off. Waited for a long behind before figuring it out
The latte I had was really good - and unusual flavor that was quite delightful. I only wish that the same care given to making the latte was given to my bagel sandwich. Despite my clear instructions to nuke the second sandwich less, they did the exact same thing. My sandwich was again overcooked to the point that I could hardly remove the wrapper because all the cheese had melted out of the bagel and burned/adhered to the wax paper. When I was able to unwrap it the sandwich again fell apart and the sandwich too hot to hold. Yes, I did end up eating it because I was hungry, and I decided it wasn't worth going the the hassle of explaining the function of a cooking timer again. (And yes I should have taken a photo, but I'm guessing that anyone who has had their hot sandwich has experienced the same lack of attentiveness.
This was my first time at K-Brew. Your staff was so friendly and helpful while I was trying to figure out what to order. I believe she said her name was Grace. The sandwich she made was very tasty and I can’t wait to go back again….
K Brew is a Knoxville fan favorite. I used to come a lot in high school and will occasionally come in to treat myself now. Bagels and coffee are 10/10! They really should keep the pumpkin pie latte on their menu year round, it’s the best of the best!!
