Coffee is great! I recently got an iced lemon cookie latte and it was delicious. But for some reason, the last two times I've done to grab bagels, they taste very thick/dense and are more like dinner rolls? Other than that, everything here is great.

Stayed in Knoxville while traveling across the county and this was a bad stain on our trip!! My son and I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel and my husband ordered an asiago bagel that tasted like our bagels Our bagels didn’t have cinnamon or raisin anywhere in it. Luckily I realized while in the car. I went back inside to let them know that we got plain bagels. First of all, they (4 staff) were all standing behind the counter chatting while a couple was waiting for their drink order. One girl saw me, but I had to walk all the way around to the register where I originally ordered in order for her to acknowledge me. When I stated that these bagels were plain with no cinnamon or raisin, the guy behind the counter stated “sometimes they are just a plain batch with not much ingredients” and when I said these had NONE he repeated “yeah, sometimes it happens.” They didn’t offer to replace them, just looked at the basket and shrugged. Maybe try one, open it, smell it!! They were plain bagels. My. Husband only ate a few bites of his bagel and we tossed our drinks, too, as they weren’t good (coffee, mocha latte, and chai tea latte on ice-our usuals). Originally this place seemed good but there isn’t any substance, product or service. Definitely not worth the stop or the $$ spent.

I absolutely love this place! Two baristas helped me navigate the menu and were able to answer my question about their alternative milk with such kindness. They eve assured me that it was a great question. The peach cobbler latte was incredible, and was made super fast! Plenty of comfortable seating, as well as high top bar style seating. They had music that wasn't too loud but upbeat and fun. A great workspace, and social gathering which can be hard to pull off both at the same time. A little more expensive then other places, my latte with almond milk was $8.50 but it was very delicious. I love the open windows as well. I didn't try any food, but it all looked great.

If you know what a proper bagel is, this is not a bagel. These are dinner rolls. Menu is misleading. As a native New Yorker, I am used to being disappointed in bagels around here, but this was the worst. Best Bagels and even Einstein Bagels are better than this. The regular cream cheese was sweet and tasted like a dessert dip. Ordered delivery and the coffee was never delivered, so can't speak on that. Two stars is generous.

Was recommended this place in comparison to Einsteins bagels. The selection was poor, the food was not very good. They didn’t give me my cream cheese I ordered and the sandwich was terrible. Atmosphere and service was okay.

Wonderful coffee with friendly accurate service. One of the young baristas took the time to explain a new drink on the menu and did such a phenomenal job. The atmosphere here is always welcoming and friendly. I will note that it is unfortunate to see folks taking advantage of a business like this by bringing outside beverages. If I was management I would crack down on that. This place is a gift to the community and should be respected.
