I absolutely love this place! Two baristas helped me navigate the menu and were able to answer my question about their alternative milk with such kindness. They eve assured me that it was a great question. The peach cobbler latte was incredible, and was made super fast! Plenty of comfortable seating, as well as high top bar style seating. They had music that wasn't too loud but upbeat and fun. A great workspace, and social gathering which can be hard to pull off both at the same time. A little more expensive then other places, my latte with almond milk was $8.50 but it was very delicious. I love the open windows as well. I didn't try any food, but it all looked great.
If you know what a proper bagel is, this is not a bagel. These are dinner rolls. Menu is misleading. As a native New Yorker, I am used to being disappointed in bagels around here, but this was the worst. Best Bagels and even Einstein Bagels are better than this. The regular cream cheese was sweet and tasted like a dessert dip. Ordered delivery and the coffee was never delivered, so can't speak on that. Two stars is generous.
Was recommended this place in comparison to Einsteins bagels. The selection was poor, the food was not very good. They didn’t give me my cream cheese I ordered and the sandwich was terrible. Atmosphere and service was okay.
K Brew is hands-down one of the best coffee shops in Knoxville. The coffee is always top-notch—smooth, flavorful, and expertly crafted. The bagels are fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Whether you’re meeting a friend or getting some work done, this place hits all the right notes. Friendly staff, quick service, and great vibes every time.
Every visit to K Brew is a treat. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable, and the space has such a chill, modern vibe.
Wonderful coffee with friendly accurate service. One of the young baristas took the time to explain a new drink on the menu and did such a phenomenal job. The atmosphere here is always welcoming and friendly. I will note that it is unfortunate to see folks taking advantage of a business like this by bringing outside beverages. If I was management I would crack down on that. This place is a gift to the community and should be respected.
Bagel was good, cuban coffee was good.
Great coffee place. The portion of cream and coffee is perfect. Barista’s are smiling face. You may need to wait for the parking spot as it is always a busy place. Plenty of tables and chairs. Family friendly…
Impressively bad coffee, but at least it was fast for once.
Ordered a hot coffee at 3pm
It was old.coffee and definitely not hot
I think I saw Hannah on her name tag! She went above & beyond & made my morning incredibly special. Always a delight stopping in at this location. The team is always kind & upbeat. Great way to start my day/week off!

I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at K Brew! Yesterday, my car broke down and wouldn't start, and despite being busy, several employees went out of their way to try and help me. They offered suggestions, checked the battery, and even tried to jump-start my car. Although it didn’t work out in the end, their kindness and willingness to help truly touched me. It’s rare to find such caring and thoughtful people, and I’m so grateful for their efforts. Thank you, K Brew team—you’ve earned a loyal customer!
I went here because of a recommendation from a friend. I was visiting from out of town to have a nice girls day seeing friends and family. I like to travel and find nice little coffee shops to try out. It was our first time there and the atmosphere was a little off. The baristas did not care to help us out or give any recommendations, we looked at the menu from the side, a bit away from the counter, so we wouldn’t spend to long at the counter ordering to not “waste” there time. The menu was very new and different, so I even needed to take my time reading the menu. Yet we finally figure out what we wanted and were still rushed when we went up to the counter. It seemed to inconvenience the baristas and the lady taking our order. We did not take that long ordering since we already figured out our order, of course for our first time we did have questions. There were 5 of us ordering but did not have a complicated add ons or wild customizations. When the last girl from our group started ordering one of the workers interrupted asking if we were going to have any more people ordering and asked how many more of us needed to order as if we were taking forever or they had a criteria to meet. Regardless rushing my mom and friends was very rude considering they aren’t well rounded on coffee knowledge, coming to a coffee shop the baristas should want to engage with customers and give them more insight and be willing to help instead of rudely trying to get us to finish our order. Working in coffee and having experience with customers that can be difficult. They definitely don’t know how to work with people whatsoever, in my opinion I’ve dealt with MANY frustrating customers and my friends were not excessive at all. So to be given attitude for ordering and told they need to send and finish the order was quite absurd. I’m not sure what “criteria” or “times” they were trying to reach but if you have an issue with how long it takes for people to order maybe learn how to engage with customers and give recommendations in a kind manner and try to help them out and not verbally rush them to finish their order, we also had no one behind us. The workers had no orders coming through except ours, they were all just staring at us to finish. I only visit so often and I know from this experience, I will most likely avoid coming here I prefer a relaxing environment that cares for customer connections and not revenue. If the workers feel the customers that come in are inconveniencing them maybe they should consider an alternative role. It did NOT even take us more than 2 minutes to order so that took about 24 seconds each to place an order.
I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Coffee was fine, but the bagel on my sandwich was so hard I could not bite through it. I literally had to take the inside out and eat it separately. Then I tried to bite the bagel just by itself. It was hard as a rock my teeth would not penetrate it. I had a sandwich here once before about a year ago and it was great. Don't know what they're doing different
Ordered an Americano and she gave dripped coffee half mixed with water 🙄🤷
I had such a great time at K-Brew. It has a beautiful atmosphere very welcoming and friendly. All the workers were wonderful Josh took my order and is such a great guy. I sat at the bar and chatted with Eddie and he is such a friendly and interesting guy. Chandler was the manager on duty and he does such a good job keeping his employees focused and they all looked like they were having a fun time working too. Brooke is pretty cool too!
