I had to go to two locations to find decaf beans in stock. I tried to call the number ahead of time to save a trip if they didn’t have it and they do not have a phone at any of their locations. While there I went ahead and ordered the pecan latte. It came lukewarm and without the pecans as advertised. I was really disappointed. They have our favorite decaf beans when you can find them.

if you’re trying to come here and study don’t bother. the employees are blasting musical songs and singing along very loudly… it’s just not a working environment like i thought. also the bacon egg and cheese bagel is EXTREMELY salty.
So good! Coffee and bagels here are top notch!
Service was decent, atmosphere is more modern since it is within the hotel. However, their coffee was one of the worst coffees I have had in a while. It was six dollars for a very small beverage. Just not worth it in my opinion, considering at other coffee joints that you can get a better tasting coffee in a larger size for the same price.
They also serve different bagels, which looked decent but I did not get the chance to try. Maybe next time I will have a better experience.

Their summer teas are delicious and refreshing. As well, their bagels are some of my favorite! They have bagels that are dairy free as well which is nice for those of us who can’t have dairy.

Best bagels in Knoxville! And the sundried tomato cream cheese spread is absolutely addicting. A must try for anyone ever in downtown!

Stopped in and got their Caramel miso latte, and it was pretty good! VERY sweet, but the miso added a really cool twist to the drink. Miriam was the girl who took my order and she was very personal and conversational!

First off I got no ice in my cold brew. Second, the staff is so unfriendly and rude. Third, I wasn't even asked if I wanted my bagel tasted. Are you kidding? Wasted money.

I can only drink decaf but for decaf it was super good coffee. Just got a decaf latte. The bagels were good, not traditional chewy though. I got lox and bagel and husband got breakfast sandwich. Husband said his was delicious. Mine could have used a bit more cream cheese. I would recommend if you are in the area though.

The girls were so nice. I didn’t expect that the food was amazing & the coffee so yummy. it was definitely worth the trip parking was a little tricky Sugar. I wish I could remember the girls names because they were so helpful and so courteous .I recommend this place if you want good food good coffee at a reasonable price. It didn’t look like it would be a reasonable price because it was a very, very fancy hotel . Very worth the drive, the parking and going through the valet and people checking on the hotel. If you can get through that you’ll understand how worth it it was.
