My friends & I stopped there at K Brew (Ebenzer) around 4:30 pm for a quick cup of coffee. Though they both took chai I ordered a regular drip coffee. The coffee was nothing less than a strong bitter liquid with no coffee flavor. I even added extra sugar to it but couldn’t take more than 1 sip. I told the girls & they said they just brewed it, which I doubt. I left my cup right there & went back to sit with my friends. Those girls did not even care to ask what c they do to make it better! Bad customer service plus bad coffee. Good place to sit & catch up but tasty coffee will be appreciated 🙏

Always a great experience. Their bagel sandwiches are some of the best we’ve had and the variety of coffee options we’ve tried have all been bomb. We always do a brunch on the go but often see lots of people inside enjoying the sitting areas (indoor and outside) too!

OUTRAGEOUS !!! $11 for a small coffee and bagel with butter on the side. They even wanted to charge extra for a little cream cheese spread. My first and last visit at this place. Unbelievable!!!

Girls working behind counter are completely clueless about ingredients in the foods that are sold here. Train your employees better before you end up with a lawsuit due to someone having a severe health reaction that could have been avoided. I specifically asked about an ingredient before ordering. Then found that ingredient was all in the food. Coffee is great, but do better with the rest.

The vibes here are so great and I like it a lot more than the other K Brews in town! Staff is friendly and food is delicious, but it's for sure on the pricier side. If you ever come here to read or do work, definitely bring noise canceling headphones!
K Brew is a favorite in Knoxville for me. First time being to this K Brew. It is very open and empty feeling. I think a few more cozy seating areas would be nice though this is in an area of Knoxville that I don't get to very often. The place was very clean and neat. Staff nice. Lattes were very good and ooh, the bagels super good. The bagels had no hole in the middle like all bagels I've ever seen.

I am a loyal k brew customer and have been getting a latte from the West Hills and Broadway location at least once a week for a couple years now I get the same exact thing every single time at every single location and somehow this location can never get it right. Service is great atmosphere is great but the latte is literally undrinkable. They put so much honey in it. It's like they don't measure it. I know that there is a measurement of honey or flavoring that goes into each latte and that's how they keep it the same across all locations but somehow this location can never get it right this is the probably 20th time I've gone here and it literally taste like I'm drinking a bottle of honey. Then I've tried asking for light honey before then it's like they've put none in it. It's never right. Ever. Idk what's happening in there. Still love k brew in general tho just not this one

The bagels are next level and the latte I had was great. The atmosphere was not at all for me. Not my vibe but I'm antisocial and this spot is a traditional cafe style coffee house. The place was very clean. The employees looked miserable like they hated being there. I'm sure they are being under paid. They were still very pleasant and professional. I recommend the hot honey bagel it's ridiculous. The 2.50 for a tablespoon of honey butter is insane. Please change that.
