My daughter and I both had a sushi roll. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Would definitely eat here again.

They misrepresent their fish. Ordered red snapper and got what was clearly tilapia. I wouldn't be surprised if the albacore/white tuna and mackerel are all just escolar. Definitely a budget sushi place for the California roll and salmon lovers though, cheap lunch specials. Should have been a red flag when they list albacore and white tuna as different fish.

My wife and I arrived and had a great experience with Brianna. Service was quick and effective. However, Jing took over and our experience plummeted. We will not be back.

We came there at 8:00 PM like 2 hours before their closing time, still have time to enjoy our meals, but they start cleaning the restaurant with brooms which is find if you guys doing it not near customers still enjoy their food and we feel it’s rushing us to get out as soon as possible.it’s ridiculous and the soup was cold and we let our server know about it but he seem like not happy.

For Knoxville , it’s pretty good considering the lack of good sushi places in the area. Will eat here again.

Came to Kabuki for my first time. My first impression was all the windows were tinted and hard to see inside. When I walked in the restaurant it was very clean and I was greeted right away. I ordered the lunch special which consisted of two rolls of your choice. I ordered the Crazy Shrimp Roll and the Dragon Roll, which were both delicious and recommend. The house soup was also delicious as well. My server was great and very informative of the menu.

The only reason I didn't give this restaurant five stars with atmosphere is because the booths are tiny. They need to be longer to accommodate more people. But otherwise, the food and service is great. Very tasty sushi. I usually eat a seaweed salad, a Dragon Roll and a volcano roll and end up with leftovers to take home.

We’ve visited Kabuki Restaurant in Farragut multiple times, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The ambiance immediately transported me back to my trip to Tokyo—elegant, calming, and beautifully themed. It’s a place where you instantly feel welcome and relaxed.

We’ve tried a variety of dishes across several visits, and some favorites have become absolute must-haves every time:

The Edamame with sea salt and a light spicy garlic sauce is simple but so flavorful.

The Shrimp Tempura is perfectly crisp and never greasy.

The Crab Rangoon is creamy, crunchy, and comes with a tasty sweet chili dip.

The Vegetable Tempura—featuring sweet potato, broccoli, zucchini, and mushrooms—is always fresh and well-balanced.

We always come back to the Tokyo Roll, which combines fried shrimp, avocado, cream cheese, and smoked salmon on top. It’s rich, satisfying, and beautifully made.

If you enjoy sashimi and nigiri, this place is a must. The Mackerel Nigiri, Salmon, Squid, and BBQ Eel are all incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. The Nigiri Combo, which comes with a California Roll, is a great way to sample a bit of everything.

But the real star? The Sashimi Combo—absolutely spectacular. Generous portions, perfect cuts, and beautifully presented. It’s easily one of the best we’ve had outside of Japan.

Highly recommended if you're in the Knoxville/Farragut area and looking for authentic, high-quality Japanese cuisine in a refined, inviting setting. We’ll definitely keep coming back!

We were in Knoxville for a few days, this was close to our hotel, and we thought we this restaurant a try. And we are so glad we did. The sushis we tried were excellent in taste and presentation, and hibachis were good (sirloin very good although the shrimp slightly overcooked). The fried rice was just perfect. Among the soups were tried, the house soup was quite refreshing, except the soups were on the lukewarm side--a warmer temperature would have brought up the taste more.
