The best hibachi cooking I have had in Knoxville, fried rice wasn't dry and overcooked but it was very moist and flavorful with crisp vegetables as a topping , the steak wasn't Kobe beef but tender and flavorful nonetheless . What really made the meal were the egg rolls that were not over cooked like all of the other Asian food restaurants but were instead had a light flaky crust that was somewhat sweet and had perfectly cooked vegetables inside. The trucks can be scheduled by calling ( 865 297 2360 ). I was attending an open house at the Airstream dealership in Knoxville and they had one of the Hibachi trucks there . A very good choice that all in attendance seemed to agree upon

1st time trying l ordered chix, steak, shrimp w side of noodles. The chix steak and rice with veggies are good. But only downfall the noodles and shrimp is too salty l could not eat it

I have tried to call the numbers listed for Broadway 15 times now and it just keeps ringing and then hangs up. I even called the booking number and got a HATEFUL lady that said they must be too busy and hung up on me. As a new mom that is stressed just trying to get food- super frustrating!!

Kazoku has become our favorite hibachi in town. It is fresh, flavorful and a good value. Portions are generous and could easily make two meals.

The food was cooked to my liking and ready when promised. Price is comparable to what you'd get at Kobe. Would eat from this food truck every time it's in my subdivision
