Kazoku Hibachi Express

This was my first time ordering from them. Had the chicken and steak; along with egg rolls. Tender steak and great chicken. The vegetables were done to just the right quality; still the right amount of crunch left. The rice was wonderful. The egg rolls were huge and they were great.

The only negatives were the sauces. The shrimp sauce was too thin. Every Japanese steakhouse and hibachi I e ever been too it was thicker but Kazoku is really thin. Too thin for me as it just falls right off the food. The egg roll dipping sauce too was as thin as water. Also wish it had been thicker for the purpose of dipping.

The sauces are why I couldn’t give 5 stars; cause hibachi has to have great shrimp sauce.

My husband and I have always loved your food! I get the Chicken Hibachi Dinner & my husband gets the Steak & Chicken Hibachi. Great portion sizes & highly satisfying meals! Tonight, my Dad got to try it for the first time from The Winery at Seven Springs Farm in Maynardville where your truck was. He said, "Give them recognition! This is phenomenal! I went to the location on Broadway and the food is usually good. Today it was not good at all. First the lady at the window that takes the orders had a bad attitude but she always has one. I placed my order letting her know that on one of the orders that I only want carrots and would like extra carrots since that one is not getting zucchini. She asked if I wanted onions on both and told her yes I do. When I got my order there wasn’t extra carrots on the one order. I went back to the window and explained this to her. She then proceeded to tell me it was extra carrots but I looked at my other order that I didn’t ask for extra carrots and it was the same small amount. I didn’t argue with her I just said well I would like extra carrots how much. She said 4 dollars. I was aggravated because I just spent 27 dollars for the food but I paid it and left. Now I get home to eat it and there aren’t any onions on either one of my orders. The carrot tastes like they are straight out of the can, the rice was very dry and so was the chicken. I also only received shrimp sauce not any teriyaki sauce to make this dry food better. For the prices and the service you get I will just go else where not worth the headache.

Such a good place for hibachi. I had the steak hibachi and it was fantastic. Relatively low prices for high quality and large portions. I couldn't be happier!

I can't believe this excellent food is from a food truck! Well, I take that back, food truck's rock! I ordered through Grubhub & got super fast delivery. I got the chicken and it was delicious. The veggies were very tasty to and the rice was great. The Yum Yum sauce is so creamy and luscious. I'll definitely be ordering again and told my friends how yummy my food was.

My daughter loves this food truck! She gets steak with fried rice for $10! They are always quick, 5-8 minute wait. Highly recommend!

Please note we go to their food truck in a gas station parking lot.

Parking: Parking can be hectic since it's a gas station with gas pumps. However, there is parking for the food truck in front of the gas station. Worth the stop!

Idk how or why anyone had had a bad experience. I have never had one. I had never tried this place until i delivered an order for door dash. Been addicted since!! Keep up the amazing job!!!

I got the shrimp dinner yesterday at Stormers at 12 noon. The rice was burnt, no vegetables only zucchini and they were burnt. Worse food I have ever gotten from them. The sauce was almost water. I go every time to Stormer's, but never again. It keeps getting worse.

If you're craving hibachi, this is what you are craving. Never been done wrong and order here all the time. Amazing food and friendly service. ♥️♥️

the vegetables were hard , 3 carrots and they wasn't sweet, and the sauce was water not again for the price

We pick up food from here at least once a week when we are home .It's consistently good and we love it .They do a great job .. it's Wasabi without the high prices .I always get steak my husband gets chicken and shrimpPlus we always get dumplings
