Kazoku Hibachi Express

I've tried multiple hibachi places but I'm confident in saying they have really good hibachi! Good savory flavors and good yum yum sauce. Best hibachi food truck I've had so far.

Truck came to apartment complex was excited until I opened box and saw that my steak was undercooked and chewy. Rice tasted burnt. The vegetables were very good but the yum yum sauce was like water and tasteless. The trick could use a good scrubbing overall it looked dirty. Regretting my decision

I wish this would have been listed as a food truck in Google. Spent forever trying to find it and it was parked in a gas station lot that Google did not recognize. The food was YUMMY!

Wow! Ordered pick up from this place while passing through - DELICIOUS!! Steak & Shrimp - Big portion and simply delicious. Sauces were great too 👌Highly recommend.

Ordered two meals last night and this is what it looked like. It was cold and unseasoned… tasted liked boiled chicken and canned carrots. Almost $20 a tray just to end up in the trash. 🙄

I had ordered the hibachi chicken and shrimp with carrots only and only received chicken rice and carrots no shrimp just paid an extra $7 for shrimp that I did not get and when I tried to call no one will answer the phone.... TRASH

NEVER AGAIN. Got food poisoning after ordering the shrimp!! I know it was the shrimp because I’m the only one who ordered shrimp… my other family members ordered the other items and they only got bad burps. Me… i had awful stomach pains and you know what else… really irritated because please cook the shrimp right and be cleaner about yourselves. It’s not cool sending out undercooked food!

Amazing food truck! Everything was served hot and fresh. The veggies are fresh and crip. The chicken is tender. The sauces are flavorful, and they're quick. We waited 15 mins. We'll be back for more!

Friendly staff, food is always made to order with maybe a 10 minute wait. They always inform of the wait before food is prepared.

My first visit, and I was disappointed. I had the steak and shrimp comb. The steak was so tough I couldn't eat it, the shrimp were OK. But, overall it wasn't that good. Cold, and I live 5 minutes away. And the shrimp sauce was watered down. I'm not sure I'll return to this location.

This was my first time ordering from them. Had the chicken and steak; along with egg rolls. Tender steak and great chicken. The vegetables were done to just the right quality; still the right amount of crunch left. The rice was wonderful. The egg rolls were huge and they were great.

The only negatives were the sauces. The shrimp sauce was too thin. Every Japanese steakhouse and hibachi I e ever been too it was thicker but Kazoku is really thin. Too thin for me as it just falls right off the food. The egg roll dipping sauce too was as thin as water. Also wish it had been thicker for the purpose of dipping.

The sauces are why I couldn’t give 5 stars; cause hibachi has to have great shrimp sauce.
