Unfortunately, this place is gone. Some of the best sandwiches in Knoxville & my go to for an Italian Beef. Owner was incredibly nice & spoke to me on almost every visit. A real gem ? that deserved better. Stopped by to verify, signs already up for a new restaurant which I've added. RIP Kelly's Kitchen. Another sobering reminder to please support the places you love as much as possible. In today's environment, it is not guaranteed to be there next time you go back.

I lived in Chicago and the beef sandwichs are hard to find in other states. I moved to Knoxville 3 years and it took that long to find a good beef sandwich. It is is better then Chicago beefs GREAT BEEF SANDWICH..............

We ordered two Reubens, one with double meat. The bread on both sandwiches was burnt (I personally don’t mind burnt bread, but my hubby doesn’t care for it). The “double meat” portion was very small. Took a long time to get our sandwiches even though the restaurant was nearly empty. This was our first and last time here.

They can not for the life of them handle modifications to the sandwiches especially when you order through their God awful website. They set it up to where it's impossible to get the sandwich how you want. Problem is when you go inside to order it always takes 30+ minutes regardless of staff or how busy they are. Shame too because the sandwiches are good quality.

Hands down one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. My only regret is not getting one for the road. I’m sure their other sandwiches are delicious, but I think I have a staple when I return next. Check this place out!

Amazing cheesesteak! I would suggest getting a side of mayo to lightly coat the inside. It adds that bit of creaminess that brings it all together. Pretty sure this my favorite cheesesteak currently. And the Pop that they offer in the fountain drinks are a game changer. The cream soda is unbelievable.

Just found this place, and it is now my favorite sandwich shop in Knoxville! Have you ever bitten into a sandwich, and your whole day got better?Local small business serving up killer sandwichs. Got to meet the owner, really nice guy. Glad he left NY and came to Knoxville.I attempted to add pics but Google is flagging my photos as Spam. So I only added 1 of the pudding.Philly Chicken with extra cheese. Seasoning was spot on. It wasn't dry, I hate a dry Philly. Bread was fresh and toasted to help absorb all that peppery goodness.Chicago Italian Beef. All the flavors were there, this is coming from a mid-western boy. Only thing I suggest is ask for extra au jus on the side. Get it really wet and messy. The chocolate Whoopi Pie. Soft, fudge'i. Delicious.Banana Pudding. My only disappointment. It was good, but they use fake banana flavor pudding... ?. I would eat it again, just not my favorite.Pros: Killer sandwichs, friendly staff, good prices, plenty of meatCons: Closes early, banana pudding

Parking: Shopping center parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Several sandwiches and dessert the kiddies will love.

I dislike giving low ratings, but eating there was disappointing. I asked for a pastrami with mayo, mustard, cheese and lettuce. You would have thought I was asking for something spec ial. It's a deli! It wasn't their typical pastrami sandwich, but I wasn't asking for something they couldn't make. I got a pastrami sandwich with a cup of lettuce with slimy bits in it. Not appetizing at all. Husbands Reuben was just ok. 2 subpar sandwiches and a water was almost thirty dollars. Don't think we'll be going back.
