Drove up to place order at drive-thru. Man on the intercom said there was no chicken ready and it would take at least 25 minutes to cook. He said he had no cook. This place looked closed, but it was 6pm on a Sunday. Kind of odd for a restaurant to push customers away like that. Never going there again.

Stopped by to pickup a spicy chicken sandwich on 2-3-25 the drive thru. The lady was very nice that served me. I drove off with my sandwich and as I got down the road a couple of miles I broke open the bag. To my surprise as I bit in the sandwich it had a huge bone in the piece of chicken đ. Not very happy with the sandwich. Be careful if you get one and don't drive off until you check it first.

We got there over an hour before they closed and they refused to drop chicken for our 8 piece meal. They were super rude and disrespectful. The Mac n cheese was cold, the chicken was cold, the biscuits were hard and it was just ridiculous. Do not recommend.

I've been here a couple different times and the only thing that's even decent here is the customer service as far as the employees go. The food is not good and it's way too expensive to be paying that much for something that's not good. The chicken was very dry and tasted like it had been sitting for a while and the mac and cheese was also very dry and some of the noodles were not soft... Will not go back. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because the employees were nice. Spend almost $40 on food for it to be thrown away. Will not go back.

Had a mobile order to pick up at 6pm. Pull into the parking lot and the lobby doors were locked and was not able to go inside. Go thru the drive thru staff was rude and the person working the drive thru told us to go park on the other side of the building and he would bring it out.
It's ridiculous that you can't get in the lobby to pick up your food. Multiple vehicles had to do the same while we were sitting waiting on our order. And the phone number is busy when you try to call the store.
Went at 430p, dining room was closed. Went through drive through, received no napkins, one of the sandwiches was made wrong and didn't receive very friendly service. Probably will not visit this location again.

I have been there 3x's in the last year and have never gotten the correct order. But today was much. I asked and paid for 6 chicken breasts,4 biscuits with sides and paid $31. I got 2 breast and no biscuits. They are rude and never get an order correct as well as ripping people off.

Just went through the drive thru here for lunch. As I was pulling into the parking lot I almost left because the employees of the establishment were all sitting in a car in the parking lot and when they seen me pulling in they got out of the car with attitudes. When I pulled up to the speaker the lady said âwhat can I get for you?â and not âhello welcome to KFC what can I get for you?â I pull up to the window and the lady pushes my drink out the window to me - once again not saying âhello how are youâ or anything. Then I get back to my job and go to eat my lunch and they shorted me a side. The big box combos are suppose to come with two sides and they only gave me one. They also did not ask what sides I wanted - the one that they did give me they picked out. The management here needs to do a better job on training employees on how to properly speak to people and to show them what good customer service looks like because this isnât it. I will not be back here to this location.

Absolutely disaapointed in this place. You took our money and did not give us any food. You're thieves. Also, you made the cops do your job. They were able to actually help by providing assistance. Very understaffed and lacking numerous menu items as well as not having ice. To emphasize the poorly ran and stocked/staffed establishment, it was also incredibly nasty in both the dinner area and bathroom.

Forgot to give me my biscuit (literally part of every combo) and the $3 extra tender I paid for (what are we doing). Fries werenât edible and drink was watered down. Pitiful. Next time you want some quality KFC avoid this one unless all youâre getting is one piece of chicken!
