I understand being understaffed and not having enough employees but whenever you have customers waiting for 20 minutes for two chicken sandwiches and two orders of fries to not even get the right order and to be served dead fries, is beyond frustrating. Corporate needs to come in and do their thing and get this KFC squared away.

The Server told me there would be a 10 min wait to cook what I asked for, so I asked for a substitution instead, which she did but she did Not inform me that there would be a substancial price difference. When I mentioned that I would have preferred to know of the difference at the time I requested it, rather than when I was paying for it, the Server waved me off .... literally waved her hand in my face, as tho she was dismissing me & walked off. It was the rudest behavior I've ever seen.

Small restaurant only two workers, forgot food items & drinks. handed me a bag of water and said it was lemonade since they didn’t have the blackberry lemonade. overall wouldn’t recommend stopping at this one since there’s a better one about 20 minutes up the road.

$15 for a big box. Five chicken tenders mashed potatoes coleslaw and a biscuit. No fries no sauces small drink.This isn't worth $8, nothing like getting ripped off in 2024

There should definitely be a option to give 0 stars… this is the WORST place I have ever stopped.. NO ONE had a name tag on… a man, and a woman came to the window both was extremely RUDE.. The woman was first, and didn’t give me what I ask for at the speaker… Then the man come to the window, and I ask the woman name, and he said I am not allowed to give you that. I ask yes you are, and your should all have a name tag on. I said I need both your name because I am calling your GM He then threw my change it me, and REFUSED to give me a receipt for the THREE transactions it took for them to get my order, right( But that’s on two of which was done with my bank card so I have proof of purchase there) then told me good luck getting there name… at this point I am ready to call a lawyer, because I know this isn’t allowed… someone has to put a stop to this.. I work very hard for my money, and don’t in anyway deserve to be treated that way.. Maybe when we start making them write checks, then they will make there employees treat us with some respect!!!!

Had a bad experience at this restaurant today. Didn't realize how low the ratings are before I did my rating. The usual manager who I see there a nice lady was not working today. I did see Jody one of the food preparation people and he's always friendly. The manager on duty didn't seem very friendly and didn't seem like she could take an order without one going very slow and speaking very slow. Can't fault someone for that. But clearly doesn't understand the restaurant principle of give them the pickle. There's a famous guy who developed that in McDonald's and other restaurants have adopted that as part of their mantra and way of being. We spent almost $30 on meals and they wouldn't give us any sauces. The manager on duty today said they changed that policy this week. I'm not sure if that's true or if she just didn't want to give us two single sauce packets. Wow if that is in chincy and letter of the law. That just rubs people the wrong way when you charge for every little thing. Why not figure it into the total food cost. It's a reasonable request in my view unless I was asking for 20 packets of sauce is because I realize they do cost money. It isn't about the money it's about the principle and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I don't want to do business at this store anymore because of it. The only reason I didn't cancel my order totally and have them throw away three big chicken dinner meals was because I'm not like that and also because someone else was buying it and I was getting the food that they wanted in the nursing home. I think this restaurant and maybe this lady if it's not a new restaurant policy as she said it was, needs to understand what good business is and it's treating customers correctly and not worrying about every little thing. I almost got smart aleck and said do you charge for a drink carrier! But I didn't do that. Definitely they've lost my business is I'll never go there again

Apparently now the chicken pot pies don't have any meat in them. Every single time. Way to go . You can't even get chicken in the buckets here honestly. What the heck are you supposed to order.

Stopped by today and picked up two 16 piece meals. The crew handled it well and I was out in record time. Food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it!

Dont eat at kfc on chapman hwy knoxville tn the store is nasty n the food was terrible. The gm was very rude n more worried about being outside than taking care of business. When i pulled up she was standing outside n proceeded to act like it was a bother for her to take my order. Ill never go back to 4200 Chapman hwy Knoxville tn.. Terrible service n product. Get it together Chapman!!!

My biscuits were smushed it looked like the chicken was old. They first gave me the wrong sides had to go back in and switch them out. I'm afraid to even eat the food. So disappointed. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
