The chicken was so greasy it could have went straight through the box there were no biscuits with either of our meals a total disappointment.. quick dinner fail.
Atiya went above and beyond in her customer service and made sure the food was pleasant and the visit was great!!!! Thank you young lady for Your outstanding personality and performance and you will be a great asset to this company

She stated that she was the manager and that she couldn’t take my money because she didn’t have a pen to check to see if it was real or not because I gave her two dollar bills, I would like to know if the manager is handicap? If so, I feel bad if not, she’s just stupid. This location will not be getting my patronage because staff cannot do their job, right.

I went on my break and ordered a Sandwich Combo meal and an extra side of individual green beans. I was told it would be a 7 minute wait for my chicken to cook and to pull around the side of the building. I did that. I waited 28 minutes on my order and was on break. Then I pulled back around the building and asked for my money back. I paid $14.51 and was given a refund of $11.57 (but could not have that receipt back). I was still charged for my Diet Pepsi off the order. My receipt says ticket number #1923. I am furious that I spent my whole break there waiting on food when I made it clear to the clerk I was on break when she asked me about the 7 minute wait...I also watched 3 more people pull around and go through the drive thru and receive their meals!
Best KFC I ever been to. They served us as kings and queens. Way beyond on their service to serve us and the food was hot and delicious. We were driving to New York and stopped by to eat here. Won't regret it....

I got good chicken and taste great.
