Waited 15 minutes for any acknowledgement that we were standing at the counter for service. No one would say anything or give us a minute. Food prep guy only could give us a go to hell look . Yall lost out on business yesterday
I am not joking when I say this is the best KFC I've been to in a long time. We even went twice in one week getting the family meal just to see if it would be as good the second time. Did not disappoint. Best one in town. And seriously, whoever makes the biscuits deserves a raise.

We both got very sick me wife that night i never get sick hardly ever we both had a lot of stomach cramps.. and diarrhea... very rare for me we got the 14 piece bucket meal.

Great service from the staff at north broadway location. Super polite and friendly. Went above what the normal fast food service feels like… will be back.

The service was very good The young lady was nice and polite and helpful with the menu.. there's a wait on cooking fresh chicken which waw cool we know we're going to get fresh. The chicken was very greasy and very small portioned, it seems like the biscuits have shrunk over the years very small biscuit. Coleslaw is good but the mashed potatoes tasted like paste. Overall I probably won't be back to this particular location if I go back to any KFC.

I've only been here twice and had this happen both times place my order wait for 20-30 minutes like it says on the app get there and have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes additionally or an hour the first time we tried this place. Sat at speaker and nobody talked to us, not till the car ahead was done and even then we weren't even served. Someone approached the window not in a vehicle and got their order taken first before us even though we've been there longer. After their order was done then we were finally spoken to and had to wait again while they scramble to look for our order which should have already been done. Normally I check the food right at the location before I leave but they had the bag GLUED shut and I didn't want to risk tearing it and the food spilling on me in the car. Hoping the food was right since it was an online order I was sorely mistaken cuz we got home they forgot our mashed potatoes, but they definitely remembered the gravy!! Thankfully we had instant potatoes so we said screw it and made that to go with the meal. We contacted the app and they only gave us a partial refund even after mentioning the terrible service. DON'T NOT GO TO THIS KFC. Your time will be wasted immensely just go to the one on Clinton highway and if it's not available for the app just go anyway you'll save a lot of time.

This location never seems to get my order right. Don't even think of using a coupon, they will give you what they want you to have. It's not too difficult to get the manager to correct the mistake. It's just why should we have to do this to begin with. I ordered a big box all white original. I received all dark. Someone doesn't know a thigh from a breast.

I paid nearly $5 for a large gravy on 6/4 at roughly 3:30pm and they gave me significantly less than half a container full. It was clearly the last of the gravy and them avoiding making more. What makes me so mad is the fact that it’s nearly $5 and they only gave me enough to fill a small container. By the time I realized, I was 20 minutes away at home. Will not be returning to this crappy KFC. The woman who served me had a chess game piece tattooed on her neck.

The food was really good and fresh, I got the crispy chicken sandwich, it just took 5 minutes to get my food, it was really good crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside
