Kach is AWESOME he is a very polite, courteous,professional and genuinely nice person/employee. If you could clone Kach you would have the very best customer service team on the entire planet. KFC would benefit greatly if he were the regional/national employee customer service trainer,but then he wouldn't be at my local KFC. I dont know what his pay is but he deserves a pay increase.

Went through the drive thru and Kachadrian Hines was working the window. We had to wait for fresh chicken, but he gave us drinks while we waited. He was very polite and friendly. He has great customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would. Kach keep up the amazing job. He made returning customers out of my boyfriend and myself. This was the Broadway location in Knoxville, TN.

Have had multiple bad experiences at this location. Nora at the drive thru was incredibly rude. Needs to be addressed by management and owner
Took my son for chicken man at the window did not speak a word back when I said hello and thank you. But he made sure he spoke to the other person getting the food. We were the only one in car line. I also likevto say my son could not eat the fries very salty
I haven't gotten KFC in awhile because the prices are so expensive now. I was really craving it & broke down. I got the 3 piece dark meat box with a biscuit, fries & slaw. I love their slaw & it was great. I also like the exclusive Mnt. Lighting peach Mnt. Dew. It was so expensive especially since I got it through Grubhub. I enjoyed it though & felt like I was treating myself. It was all fresh & my chicken was great. Inflation is horrible though & you pay a big upcharge for getting it delivered. Four dollars are more on each item compared to in store prices. It's the only way I can get it now so that's that. I really enjoyed all of my food. Fresh & tasty.

I go out of my way to come to the Broadway location even though there is another KFC closer to my home. The food is always fresh and the employees are so nice and polite. Tonight a Mr. Kachadarian Hines took my order at the drive through and he was so friendly and personable, it was an absolute pleasure placing my order with him. I will 100% be back to this location because of the excellent service and excellent food!

just waited over 30 minutes literally to get some side dishes and biscuits. they didn't tell me beforehand either that the food wasn't ready. parking lot was full with several cars also waiting on their orders. total failure on the part of this kfc. ridiculous.
My wife and I came in. there were 3 workers and it took a while for our food. Someone asked if we were waited on and how ridiculous the wait was. if you have never worked in food Service you don't understand these things. it's hard to manage all parts of a restaurant when short handed and I feel that food Service workers hard work goes unnoticed which is why most don't want that line of work. the staff did a great job and managed both the drive thru and front counter very well.
