just waited over 30 minutes literally to get some side dishes and biscuits. they didn't tell me beforehand either that the food wasn't ready. parking lot was full with several cars also waiting on their orders. total failure on the part of this kfc. ridiculous.

My wife and I came in. there were 3 workers and it took a while for our food. Someone asked if we were waited on and how ridiculous the wait was. if you have never worked in food Service you don't understand these things. it's hard to manage all parts of a restaurant when short handed and I feel that food Service workers hard work goes unnoticed which is why most don't want that line of work. the staff did a great job and managed both the drive thru and front counter very well.

First time in a very long time that we’ve been to a fast food restaurant where the staff was pleasant and friendly! Need more people like them! Food was also great!!! Thank you to the staff that was working tonight! We appreciate you!!!

2 stars since the food taste as normal and the employee I encounter was nice. My review is more for the lack of servings given. I paid $50+ for a 16 piece family meal that comes with 4 LARGE sides. As I tried to capture in the pictures, the containers are not even filled full at all! One potato looks to have 2 scoops while the other looks to have 1 1/2 scoops if that. If someone is ordering a 16 piece family meal, we are obviously not just feeding 2-4 people. The large containers should be filled with the food because that is what we are paying for! The old containers were filled more than this! Also, I’m pretty sure KFC already faces litigation for this same issue of advertising full containers and not delivering it.

Went and ordered the 16pc family bucket meal and two spicy wraps came up to 60.72 at 9:30 pm last night. I asked if they could do half crispy half original. I have picky children. I was told yes they could do half and half. I get all the way home and have all original and when I called about it the lady in charge informed me that she didn't have any crispy up and I expressed how I wouldn't have mind to waited on some to drop. I even offered to come back, and her smart mouth self had the nerve to tell me that she ant doing no more crispy and there was nothing I could do about it. So instead of arguing with her I am leaving a review. First of all two of my children didn't get any chicken because they absolutely hate original, my spicy wraps were sloppily made which was unpleasant to eat. Also, I had to send my son in to get sauces and they didn't have many sauces she stated and only gave me 3 cups of ranch and two KFC sauces as well as being completely out of hot sauce she, no napkins nor eating utensils. Second of all managers need to set an example for upcoming leaders of how to treat customers and the importance of communication had she told me there wasn't any crispy I would have chosen chicken tenders instead of chicken. Then lastly, a smart mouth when you were wrong is just unprofessional and rude I don't even want to eat at a place where the people working have nasty attitudes because I don't trust those kinds of people cooking my food. SO NO I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!! GET IT TOGETHER. 60$ spent and couldn't even enjoy it because of the disgusting attitude from whoever was in charge. Very unprofessional and not ready to be in a leadership position.

All store lights are on, employees inside, nosignage anywhere stating hrs of operation for Christmas Eve. Pulled up into drive-thru to be told they are only accepting Doordash orders and cannot serve customers that aren't ordering thru another app.Do not understand why they can serve delivery orders and not also do drive-thru

4 dollars to add one thigh to a value meal that was already 8 dollars. Guess the price of chickens is high.Parking: The parking lot is in bad shape . Needs to be repaved , the drive thru is hard to navigate the tight turn.Wheelchair accessibility: Ada complaint

Slowest restaurant I have been to in a long time. I waited at register for 25 minutes watching the manager work on drive thru , that had 2 cars In the drive thru, and once she was done with drive thru looked at me and said that it would be "one moment", that the other lady preparing orders would "be to grab my order" needless to say I was only ex's to be a few minutes in and out, but turned into a 45 min in and out. The lady that finally took my order, was absolutely amazing, helpful, and kind!! But that manager doesn't need to be a manager. Rude, slow because you can tell she doesn't care about her job.

I had to eat while my car was worked on. I was delighted at how friendly, efficient the staff was. Coleslaw was fresh. Chicken was perfect. All good!!

Awful experience. Went to the drive through. Was the only person in line. No one responded for a few minutes. Finally told me to wait. Spent about 10 minutes waiting. Placed my order and was still ordering and the server interrupted me and told me a total and to pull forward. I told her I needed to order more and did. The order screen was broken so I couldn't see what she typed in. Pulled to the window and waited another 10 minutes. Was handed food but no drink. Had to motion to her to get my drink. Got home and my order wasn't even close to right. It was a plain (and very cold) cheeseburger. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It also wasn't the size I ordered and I was provided with no receipt. I didn't bother to unwrap the sandwich to make sure it was the right one and couldn't check the receipt or screen to verify. Go to the McDonald's next door. They never get my order wrong.

If you say you're going to be open until midnight, you should be open until midnight. Not looking like your open and not responding to a person sitting in drive-thru waiting for you to answer, and not answer the drive through or phone calls. Poor business management. Zero stars. I was there at 10:30pm and saw multiple other cars get frustrated and drive off. I would fire who ever is in charge personally.

Pulled up at 11:40 & all the worker was outside with a joint & cigarettes in their hand. Couldn't form a sentence just kept saying they were out of food & laughing. I'm a pregnant diabetic who was having a low blood sugar. That was disgusting "service".
