Went in to grab lunch; totally dead inside. Not a soul in the drive thru. Restaurant was empty; cook was standing around, other person had a drive thru headset on walking around talking to someone on the phone.
Stood there waiting to be helped. Nothing. We left.
I should’ve trusted the store’s reputation (from past experience) and not even went.
20 minutes of a 30 minute lunch wasted. Thanks so much.

Ordered online and don't waste your time at the drive-thru trying to pick it up because after making you wait there for 10 minutes they'll tell you you have to go around and park and come inside. Literally the only order there, not one other person in the entire place and they still managed to forget coleslaw and all the sauces. Even for a KFC this one is particularly bad.

I am here as an Uber driver waiting for an order an half the store is standing at the pick up station discussing family issues instead of actually working on servicing the orders.

It doesn’t even feel like part of the KFC chain! The staff hardly speak any English! They have no idea what they are selling. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, and no one else was waiting for food during this time! They gave us the ordered food, but half of it was missing! Then, when I pointed it out, they claimed that the side dish wasn’t included, but I showed them the sign above their head where it was written! After some sulking, they gave it to us, but we had to wait again. The chicken in the sandwich was completely overcooked! It was squeezed flat! The incompetence in this restaurant is unbelievable! Either new staff or management is needed here, or they should just close the place because it’s ruining KFC’s reputation!

For the last 15 years I’ve gotten KFC to eat with my coworkers on the day before Thanksgiving. We always get 5 or 6 family packs. We did the same thing again this year and we always call it in or go by the store a couple days early to order. It is always about the same price but it’s always what is advertised. This year however we got charged a lot more than advertised. Hundreds of dollars more and was told it was a catering charge because we ordered 6 family packs. We were not told that until we went to pay and the worst part we only got family packs not the large amounts that was rang up for catering. I’ve called the store multiple times even went by spoke with store employees and they agreed it’s not right but the area manager will not call me back to even speak to me. If this is store policy it needs to be told on the front end not when it’s getting picked up. Also someone needs to call a loyal customer back and explain why we were charged for something we didn’t get and why we wasn’t charged for what we always order. Which is the food we actually received at hundreds of dollars more than advertised pricing. I have wait weeks to try to resolve this before leaving a review and no one at KFC has bothered to as much as call us back.

So we order our meal online figured it would be more convenient for all involved. Site said ready at 1:15. Showed up and was told it would be 16 min. It is now 2:00 so guess I'm waiting for the last time . Wow 220 and still here wife is inside trying to get food or our money back

Burger Avenue has better food anyway, and they won’t get angry at me for asking a simple question.

KFC @ location 4415 Western Ave Knoxville TN is by far the BEST tasting out of any other KFC locations! My daughter & I ate from this location today and everything was super delicious! It was so delicious that I actually called inside the store to let them know how amazing everything tastes. Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy & biscuit.

Used the drive thru. After paying i was told to pull up & it be a bit on the food. The wait was about A 15 minute wait. No probelm to me that says the food is fresh &made to order. Also very clean KFC. Beautiful landscaping outside. ALL FOOD WAS HOT & JUICY. The 4 family pack with a bucket of orginak or exra crispy chicken & 3 large sides I chose mashed potatoes and gravy, Mac & cheese, coleslaw. The meal came with 6 fresh fluffy biscuits. Definitely will return if this way again.
