I really like their chicken tenders, so I guess that I'm a glutton for punishment when it comes to this convenient location. My last four visits:
1. They were out of the Mountain Dew Peaches and Cream that was advertised on the drive-thru speaker. They said that it didn't come on the truck. 2. Everything went smoothly and the order was perfect. 3. They said that they were out of tenders. 4. I went today and the drive-thru lady immediately came on the speaker and said that there would be a 45 minute wait on chicken and then radio silence. There were only two other vehicles in the parking lot.
Honestly, I would be surprised if this location last too much longer. They constantly have issues.

Just ordered a 6 piece meal & only got 1 biscuit. 😖😤 So, only one person got a biscuit & everyone else done without even though we paid for 4 biscuits. Not good. 😖

Don’t ever go to this location the manager was very rude to me and my mom. When asking if we could get two orders of a chicken wing meals she stated that they are not a wing place but they are chicken place. And to add on to this she insulted my mom’s intelligence by saying do you comprehend what I’m saying.

Took me 35 minutes to get 2 chicken pot pies. They were good but not worth wait.
Went in to grab lunch; totally dead inside. Not a soul in the drive thru. Restaurant was empty; cook was standing around, other person had a drive thru headset on walking around talking to someone on the phone.
Stood there waiting to be helped. Nothing. We left.
I should’ve trusted the store’s reputation (from past experience) and not even went.
20 minutes of a 30 minute lunch wasted. Thanks so much.

Ordered online and don't waste your time at the drive-thru trying to pick it up because after making you wait there for 10 minutes they'll tell you you have to go around and park and come inside. Literally the only order there, not one other person in the entire place and they still managed to forget coleslaw and all the sauces. Even for a KFC this one is particularly bad.

I am here as an Uber driver waiting for an order an half the store is standing at the pick up station discussing family issues instead of actually working on servicing the orders.

It doesn’t even feel like part of the KFC chain! The staff hardly speak any English! They have no idea what they are selling. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, and no one else was waiting for food during this time! They gave us the ordered food, but half of it was missing! Then, when I pointed it out, they claimed that the side dish wasn’t included, but I showed them the sign above their head where it was written! After some sulking, they gave it to us, but we had to wait again. The chicken in the sandwich was completely overcooked! It was squeezed flat! The incompetence in this restaurant is unbelievable! Either new staff or management is needed here, or they should just close the place because it’s ruining KFC’s reputation!
Our order was wrong on 7.23, so i called and the manager set it right. We came back on 7.24. A different manager was here, but his service and warmth were beyond professional. We will be back! 🩷🩷
