Was not very happy with any thing , we ordered a medium size order they told us it would take 16-17 min , after 30 min our order was still not ready ,and the gm was sitting and he said they were short handed. So we asked him why he didn’t get up and help them . That’s one of the laziest mg I’ve seen in a while. So we got our money back and left .this was the worst kfc’s I’ve been to.

Customer service and their reply when I called them after they left food out of our $33 bucket of chicken was really poor and they wanted me to drive back (10 miles) to pick up what they left out of my (expensive) order. I didnt want to waste the drive time or gas money because of their error. Felt they could have/ should have done more to correct THEIR mistake. Feel free to contact me Regional Manager. Old school customer service I learned was to say "Im so sorry! What can we do to fix this and make you happy?"

Supposed to be open at 10: 00am and we waited on the drive-thru for 15 minutes waiting for somebody to take our order and still nobody didn't answer how rude and y'all don't care about your checks do you. Advise you not to go to Western Avenue if y'all want fried chicken. By the way quit smoking weed in the parking lot before you clock in when business supposed to be open and operating.

Ordered food at 10. They close at 11, no worries. Waited until 11 and then they cancelled the order. Unprofessional as heck. I had heard the employees here suck, but I was willing to try. Do not eat here.

I NEVER leave bad reveiws. But im over it. I ordered last week and paid online. I went to pick it up at 9pm they clearly state online they close at 11. I went to pick it up and they were like "no we're closed" and they still CHARGED my card. I had to dispute it on my account and I am waiting on my cc to take it off. My boyfriend just ordered online and doordash went to pick it up and they told him they are out of tenders. They deepy need to reevaluate the management there. Needless to say, we will NEVER try to order here again. Go to Popeyes instead.

Somehow we have find a worse experience than what is given at the EastTown location. I didn’t think that was possible? Last night at this location, we ordered all white meat 2 piece meals. We got legs and thighs and they were hard, dried carcass meat. My sprite had no sprite - just soda water. Other times they are “out of coke”. Not possible in the middle of a Saturday. Since it came with the meal, we asked for a discount. Following that, the voice on the intercom said, alright we’ll change it….very pathetic.

I do d an online order to not have to go in and use the drive-through to get my food. I already had it paid for when I come to pick up my order but The lady asked me can I come in so I assumed the food wasn’t prepared yet and she didn’t want me to keep the drive-through line backed up, even though I was the only one in line. When I came in she just said it’s at the pick up….. there was about five people working sitting and standing a young man sweeping. The food was bagged up. All she would’ve had to do was pass it to me, but she made me get out of my car. Luckily, I didn’t have all my kids with me tonight or then I would’ve had to get them out of the car seats, etc. I get that people don’t like their jobs but to just be outright rude and just find a way to go out of your way for no reason to try and make something more difficult is ridiculous. Hopefully the right person will see this review but honestly I know nothing will done to address it.

Absolutely not necessary to serve food that not only did it not taste right but seems as if they let it sit all day ? than the brownies for the cost of them should have been fresh and not taste and feel as if they pulled them back out of their trash so money wasted couldn't eat my chicken at this point I see why this one is not as busy as they use to be well happy new year make some changes who's cooking and managing ??? OH this was the old and hard brownies I actually got a marker and wrote on it SMH I guess

Paid $6 for a chicken "strip"(size of a nugget) and a scoop of dry mashed potatoes! No biscuits no slaw JUST those 2 things!Look I know they don't MAKE the prices but I figured it would at least look edible!I KNOW if people would give out what THEY would pick for THEMSELVES that service and food would be SO MUCH BETTER than it is today! Just sad!
