I have always gotten an 8 piece family meal with original just breast and thighs for many years. The last couple times I have been in, they say they can't do that anymore even when they have always upcharged me. I don't mind to pay the extra. Not sure they just don't want to do that anymore or what. I don't like getting the wings or legs because they are so tiny. I will try another location and see if they do the same.

I only saw 2 employees inside. 3 others waiting after waiting 10 minutes I left. It's ridiculous that you can't get waited on. What's up KFC? I was very disappointed

Went through drive through around 2pm on a weekday. Ordered chicken sandwiches. The buns were burnt not toasted. One sandwich had chicken breast filet other one had two chicken strips. Lazy employees. Don't eat here!!!!!!

Awful I placed a online order for pick up got there still had wait 15 mins past the pick up time mind you no one but me and 1 other lady was in there ,one worker kept coming around asking me and the other lady if we wanted extrea crispy chicken we both told her no she kept every few mins coming back around n asking again finally I got my order and left got home the chicken was so wet,soggy n slimy the Mac and cheese was hard ,mash potatoes was salty guessing the gravy ,the Cole slaw was so watery it had no taste the chicken littles was hard as a rock couldn't even bite into them u can't call them bc they keep there phone off the hook bc they no how bad there food is so no one can call I'm 30 mins from there and I either I have drive down there n deal with the rudeness I no I'll get r I'll have to just call it a lost 50 dollars for food that we couldn't eat is uncalled for and can't even call them and from the reviews I've seen this is normal that they do this I just want myoney back for food we couldn't eat going thru the app doesn't help either they just wanted give me 20 dollars back umm no thank you I paid 50 not 20 I'll never go back there again

I went in yesterday 03/27/25 around 6 in the evening. It was busy and the person taking my order apologized for my wait(hadn't been more than 3 minutes) even though I had to wait on my order a few extra minutes it was fresh and hot and correct. I just want to brag on the staff at this location. They were short staffed and still ran the whole place, including the drive thru with grace, speed, and kindness. Best experience I have had post-covid in a very long time.

I was down there visiting with my family and on my way back home I stopped by this KFC and let me tell you what this was the best tasting food I've had from a KFC in a long time. Even though they were slammed the manager that was cooking I think she was wearing a red shirt and she still continuously came to check on me and a few others all while helping the girl at the front register. That poor girl was all over that store working her butt off and she was just the nicest, sweetest thing. You guys have a good one there. I wish we had workers that caring and considerate where I'm from.

I was driving and got lost. We decided to eat. We were very happy to have Kentucky Fried Chicken. However we were slightly confused upon leaving to learn that we were actually in Tennessee. You may think that it is false advertisement but I drove all through that state and still didn't find a Tennessee Fried Chicken. Highly recommend this Kentucky Fried Chicken as an alternative.

Absolutely soggy greasy and disgusting… KFC y’all keep serving food like this and see how long you stick around. I paid 23 dollars for 6 soggy slimy pieces of chicken, a tablespoon of mashed potato’s, a tablespoon of coleslaw and thank god i upgraded a side or my family of three would have went hungry. There’s nothing about this that says “deal” never again will I bother ordering food from any KFC. And it’s not your staff it’s your poor recognition of overcharging and greed. Most disappointing meal I’ve had in decades. Disgusting.

They still have promotional signs in the windows but they're not honoring them!!! Take the signs down!!!! I wasn't obviously the only customer that pointed that out!!! Floors dirty and greasy and my chicken was soggy compared to other locations
