I was down there visiting with my family and on my way back home I stopped by this KFC and let me tell you what this was the best tasting food I've had from a KFC in a long time. Even though they were slammed the manager that was cooking I think she was wearing a red shirt and she still continuously came to check on me and a few others all while helping the girl at the front register. That poor girl was all over that store working her butt off and she was just the nicest, sweetest thing. You guys have a good one there. I wish we had workers that caring and considerate where I'm from.

Awful experience. Understaffed and under trained. Ordered off the app and they had no idea how to prepare the item. Don’t order the Korean bbq loaded fries at this location. The staff was friendly, just ignorant.

I was driving and got lost. We decided to eat. We were very happy to have Kentucky Fried Chicken. However we were slightly confused upon leaving to learn that we were actually in Tennessee. You may think that it is false advertisement but I drove all through that state and still didn't find a Tennessee Fried Chicken. Highly recommend this Kentucky Fried Chicken as an alternative.
Absolutely soggy greasy and disgusting… KFC y’all keep serving food like this and see how long you stick around. I paid 23 dollars for 6 soggy slimy pieces of chicken, a tablespoon of mashed potato’s, a tablespoon of coleslaw and thank god i upgraded a side or my family of three would have went hungry. There’s nothing about this that says “deal” never again will I bother ordering food from any KFC. And it’s not your staff it’s your poor recognition of overcharging and greed. Most disappointing meal I’ve had in decades. Disgusting.

They still have promotional signs in the windows but they're not honoring them!!! Take the signs down!!!! I wasn't obviously the only customer that pointed that out!!! Floors dirty and greasy and my chicken was soggy compared to other locations

The food's pretty good.I'm pretty sure you've all had KFC but just expect one hell of a wait time because we ordered food online and it wasn't ready until an hour after it said it would be ready.I ended up waiting about two Hours between ordering the food and receiving the food.

SHELBY(MANAGER? ) Ran everyone out of the lobby after Myself and several other people ordered and payed for our food. We waited 10-15 minutes when she announced she was short staffed and making everyone leave. She would not give a refund. Her staff was nice a tried their best in spite of how unprofessional "Shelby" acted.

A few months ago the tenders were terrible. Today, I gave them another chance. It took 3-4 minutes to get someone to answer at microphone then she said they have been busy & don't know how much food they have cooked. We reluctantly ordered & as of now are sitting at 'quick pickup' for 27 minutes. They don't know when it will be ready & will not give a refund. The woman said come back tomorrow to see Shelby, she doesn't have the authority to give refund. An 8 piece of chicken is $32. This restaurant should be SHUT DOWN immediately!!!

This location always has chicken. But, I ordered extra crispy and got original. I didn't mind, but it was super greasy, and that KFC flavor just wasn't there anymore. The coleslaw was bland, but at least the mashed potatoes and gravy were still good.

There was flies all over the food,not going there no more
This store is awful and they know it. Thats why they leave the phone off the hook. They gave me only 10 pieces of chicken, although i bought a 12 piece. The worst part is being unable to contact them. Instead of giving them a call and having them give me the 2 missing pieces, I have to drive down there now or just be cheated out of money. GM and DM should be ashamed of theirselves. This is common practice at this store. Ask how i know... smh.
The extra crispy was flavorless.
