Was coming through drive thru yesterday and while I was pulling up there was a black boy with dreads outside back door smoking weed very unprofessional and my windows were down and my baby was in backseat seat such strong smell. I called the store and spoke with manager asking if she was aware she told me no and apologized and stated the issue would be addressed. Manager offered to make it right by offering me free meal but I’m sorry a free meal or anything free could not fix it. This is not right and I will be contacting cooperate

Went through the drive thru and ordered a two piece dinner with a tea. Received the chicken, the side, no biscuit, no ice in my drink and the tea was warm/hot. No fork or anything else. The tea tasted like it sat out all day. I won't be back.

We stopped for dinner last Wednesday or Thursday and WOW were we in for a treat!!! The best part started with the lady working drive through, wish I had gotten her name, she was the absolute sweetest lady happy and laughing with me made great food suggestions and helped me get our meal!! At the window I got to meet this wonderful beautiful lady, could not have been any better than her!!! She gathered our food herself and put the meal together, she said she had to drop fresh fries and would I pull up for a moment! Well that's what it was maybe 2 minutes and she came out smiling and apologized I told her absolutely no worries we had started eating chicken nuggets, then I told her she had the best personality for this job I had ever come across she was excellent!! I got to see a huge smile!!! If all service workers could learn from her, she's the best in her job I've ever seen but that's not everything, not only were the fries extremely fresh and wonderful, the entire meal was like it was just cooked, so fresh and wonderful delicious and tasty!!! Some of the dipping sauce she suggested I had never had but I tried them, WOW were they awesome!!! I'm going back if nothing else to get her name but not only is the service outstanding so is the food!¡!! Way to go KFC you made our day!!!!!

I bought the 8 piece bucket all dark meat. All of it was overcooked so much that the coating was too hard and too crunchy. I have been coming to this location for years and now it’s over. Previous experiences have been consistently disappointing. I’m done with KFC!!!

I’ve been to this location five times. The first two visits were great—good service, no complaints. On my third visit, they were out of chicken and said it would take 20 minutes, but at least they told me before I ordered.
The fourth time, it was the same issue—no chicken—but they didn’t say anything until after I paid. I ended up waiting 30 minutes, and it was clear they were short-staffed with only three employees.
Now, the fifth time (which was yesterday), I placed an online order for pickup. When I arrived, no one was at the counter, and I waited about 10 minutes for someone to show up. I told them I was there for a pickup, and they said, “We don’t have an order for pickup.” I showed them my confirmation, and they replied, “Okay, it’s going to be 20 minutes—we’re out of tenders.”
They gave me my cups, but when I went to get a drink, they were out of about 90% of the sodas. When I mentioned it, I got a dirty look and a dismissive, “Yeah, we’re out of almost everything, sorry.” Meanwhile, I waited another 20 minutes at the counter because the employee just walked to the back and never came out again. One person was cooking, one was working the drive-thru, and the third acted like doing her job was a huge inconvenience.
Honestly, I’m not expecting five-star restaurant treatment—I just want people to do their jobs.

Absolutely the worst if you could even call it chicken. Chicken jerky. Zero stars. Incompetent and beyond ridiculous. No one even cares if they ruin people's supper.
Pulled up to the drive through, no line. A worker was laying on the ground maybe 5 feet from the back door. Like walmart already has a homeless person problem, it look like it migrated to yalls lot too... Sat at the speaker for a solid 5 minutes before someone greeted us. Out of cakes, shocker, went with the strawberry poppers. Pulled around and paid. Immediately pulled up. Sat there for 14 minutes before the drive through lady came out, arms folded with that i dont want to be here look and said we just ran out if poppers, you want biscuits instead?. Sure, totally, logical replacement right? Five more minutes go by and we got our food. She then went back inside to grab our drinks. Starry was good, the dr pepper I got was all carbonated water. 30 bucks for trash service, lord knows what the other employee in the lot.was doing, should probably check on him.. out of items and replaced with biscuits.
My family and I made a horrible choice pulling in here. If I could give this a 0 star, it would get it.
The chicken and waffles my wife got came with a dried out Belgium waffle and no syrup to boot! Can't even get the whole item we ordered either.

You have to literally not care about your job to serve someone a burnt to a crisp bun top and bottom. Not only was this on my sandwich but my wife’s sandwich also. So it wasn’t just a mistake, it was a total “I don’t care about my job” moment. 4/23/2025 between approximately 1 pm and 2 pm, just in case the management wants to explain to their workers on company standards.
